dc.description.abstractCarrot is the most useful vegetable certain for supplying the human body with important elements. The aim of this study is to determine the concentration of trace elements (calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium) in carrot samples by using atomic absorption spectroscopy. The results revealed the highest concentrations of these elements are calcium (13.1 18) ppm (16.95) ppm (14.024) ppm.en_US
