دور برامج الخدمة الاجتماعية في تعديل سلوك الأحداث الجانحين "دراسة حالة دار تربية الأشبال بسوبا غرب"

Abstract

تناول هذا البحث دور برامج الخدمة الإجتماعية في تعديل سلوك الأحداث الجانحين، نتيجة لزيادة المؤسسات العقابية وكثرة الجرائم التي إرتكبها الأحداث كان من الضروري الوقوف على دور برامج الخدمة الاجتماعية التي تقدم للأحداث والطرق العلاجية التي تتبع لنجاح عملية الإصلاح والتأهيل، يهدف البحث إلى ضرورة دور برامج الخدمة الاجتماعية التي تؤهل الأحداث تعليمياً ودينياً ومهنياً وتحليل البرامج التي تقدمها المؤسسة الإصلاحية لتقويم الأحداث وتعديل سلوكهم الإنحرافي والتعرف على المعوقات التي تمنع من تنفيذ برامج الإصلاحية والتاهيل في الإصلاحية، إتبع البحث منهجين منهج المسح الإجتماعي والمنهج الوصفي وذلك لوصف مجتمع البحث المتمثل في دار تربية الأشبال القومية بسوبا غرب، توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن البرامج التأهيلية داخل الاصلاحية مفيدة للأحداث حيث ساعدتهم في تعديل سلوكهم، ومكتب الخدمة الإجتماعية له دور فعال في تحسين المستوى التعليمي للأحداث، وهنالك معوقات تحول دون تنفيذ بعض برامج الاصلاحية والتأهيل في الإصلاحية وهي ضعف الإمكانيات المادية وبعد الدار عن الأحياء السكنية، كما أوصى الباحث بضرورة توفير الإمكانيات المادية والمعنوية للارتقاء بالبرامج الإجتماعية داخل الدار.

Abstract The present research is about the Role of social service programs in modifying the behaviour of juvenile as a result of the increase in punitive institutions and the large number of crimes committed by juveniles it was necessary to stand on the role of social service programs that are provided to juveniles the treatment that follow the success of the process of reform and rehabilitation the aim of the research is to know the effectiveness of social service programs which gualities events religiously educationally and professionally and the analysis the programs provided by the reformer to evaluate events and modify their behavior and to identity the obstacles that prevent the implementation of rehabilitation and rehabilitation programs in the reform the social survey and the social survey methodology were used to describe the study population in the boys education center the study reached the most important results that the rehabilitation and reform programs within the reform and very useful for juveniles and they helped them to modify their behavior to social service office and social workers have and effective role in improving the level educational events and the identity the obstacles that prevent the implementation of rehabilitation and rehabilitation programs in the reform the recommendation the need to provide material and moral capabilities to upgrade the programs inside the home.
