المسؤولية الاجتماعية لشركة زين ودورها في خدمة المجتمع (دراسة ميدانية على بعض الدور الإيوائية بولاية الخرطوم )

Abstract

المستخلص: تدور مشكلة الدراسة في سؤال رئيسي ما هو الدور الخدمي الذي تقوم به شركة زين تجاه المجتمع، وهل المشروعات والخدمات التي تقدمها شركة زين لشرائح المجتمع تلبي احتياجاتهم وتساهم في حل المشكلات وهدفت الدراسة للتعرف على دور شركة زين للمسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه المجتمع وأدائها لهذه المسؤولية ومعرفة نوع ومجالات المسؤولية الاجتماعية لشركة زين، أما من حيث المنهجية تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بجانب أدوات الملاحظة،الاستبيان.ومجتمع الدراسة يتمثل في الأفراد المقيمين بالدور الائيوائية داخل ولاية الخرطوم ( دار الفتيان بكوبر – ودار الأشبال بالجريف غرب) الذين يتلقون المساعدات والخدمات من شركة زين .بجانب استخدام العينة العشوائية البسيطة ، وأسندت هذه الدراسة على عدد من التساؤلات: ما هو الدور الخدمي الذي تقوم به شركة زين تجاه المجتمع؟ هل المشروعات والخدمات والمساعدات التي تقدمها شركة زين لشرائح المجتمع تلبى احتياجاتهم وتساهم في حل المشكلات ؟ المشروعات والخدمات التي تقدمها شركة زين للمجتمع هي التزام أخلاقي أم من أجل الدعاية والربح؟ هل المشروعات التي تقدمها شركة زين لفئات المجتمع مرتبطة بمواسم ومواقيت محددة أم مستمرة ودائمة؟ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: إن لشركة زين دور خدمي تقوم به تجاه المجتمع والمقيمين بالدور الائيوائية . إن الخدمات والمساعدات التي تقدمها شركة زين للمقيمين بالدور الائيوائية تلبى الاحتياجات الأساسية لهذه الشريحة - إن الخدمات والمساعدات التي تقدمها شركة زين للمقيمين بالدور الائيوائية لم تكن مستمرة ودائمة وإنما مرتبطة بمواقيت ,ومناسبات اجتماعية . - إن المساعدات والخدمات التي تقدمها شركة زين لديها الفعالية تلبي احتياجات ومعالجة مشكلات المقيمين بالدور الائيوائية . ومن أهم التوصيات التي أوصت بها الدراسة: - ضرورة اجراء العديد الدراسات والبحوث في مجال المسؤولية الاجتماعية بحيث يسهل فهمها وتطبيقها في المجتمع . - توعية متخذي القرارات في الشركات والمؤسسات وعقد ندوات ودورات خاصة بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية ودورها في تقدم المجتمعات. دعم جهود القطاع الخاص في تنفيذ مشاريع المسؤولية الاجتماعية وتوسيع هذه المناشط لتشمل كل المستويات . - تعاون مؤسسات الدولة والقطاع الخاص ومنظمات المجتمع المدني عامة لنشر مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية وتخطيط وتنفيذ المشاريع على أساس هذا المفهوم. Abstract The study problem revolves around central question: what is the service role provided by Zain towards society, and are the projects and services that Zain provides to the segments of society meet their needs and contribute to solving problems. The study aimed to identify the role of Zain for social responsibility towards society and its carrying out of this responsibility and to recognize the type and fields of the social responsibility of Zain Company, concerningthe methodology, the descriptive and analytical approach has been used besides the observation tools, the questionnaire.The study population is represented in individuals residing in the residential facilities in Khartoum State (Dar Alsibyan in Kober – and Dar Al Ashabal in Al Jarif West) who receive assistance and services from Zain. In addition to the use of a simple random sample, and this study is based on a number of questions: • What is the service role played by Zain towards society? • Are the projects, services, and aids that Zain provides to the segment of society meet their needs and contribute to solving problems? • Projects and services that Zain provides to society is an ethnical commitment or is it for publicity and profit? • Are the projects that Zain provides to the community groups related to specific seasons and times, or are they continuous and permanent? The study reached a number of findings, the most important of which are: • Zain has a service role to play towards the community and residents in the residential facilities . • The services and assistance provided by Zain to the residents of the residential houses were not continuous and permanent, but were linked to timings and social events. • The aid and services provided by Zain have the effectiveness to meet the needs and address the problems of residents in residential facilities . The most important recommendations of the study are: • Necessity of conducting many studies and researches in the field of social responsibility in order to facilitate its understanding and application in society. • Raising awareness among decision-makers in companies and institutions and holding seminars and courses on social responsibility and its role in the advancement of societies. • Supporting the efforts of the private sector in implementing social responsibility projects and expanding these activities to cover all levels. • Supporting efforts of the private sector in implementingand civil society organizations in general to spread the concept of social responsibility and plan and implement projects on the basis of this concept.
