واقع الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية دورها في التدخل في الازمات والكوارث (دراسة حالة لجمعية الهلال الاحمر السودان )

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة تناولت الدراسة دور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية في التدخل في الازمات والكوارث (دراسة حالة لجمعية الهلال الاحمر السودان ) . تتكون الدراسة من عدة فصول، تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في أن العديد من الأزمات والكوارث سواء كانت طبيعية أو من صنع الإنسان خلفت صراعات وتوترات وتركت أثار عميقة تتطلب التدخل المهني لموجهتها أو التعامل معها أو مع أثارها وبما بان الممارسة العامة للخدمة الإجتماعية تهتم بالإنسان وبيئته وحتى يبرز هذا الدور الحيوي لمهنة الخدمة الإجتماعية للتدخل في الأزمات والكوارث وفي حل المشكلات الإجتماعية جاء راي الباحثفي الإهتمام بهذامن خلال دارسة المشكلة، لذا فأن مشكلة الدراسة تتلخص بالإجابة على الأسئلة .هل الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية لها دور في التدخل في الأزمات والكوارث عن طريق التوعية ووقاية المجتمع لمواجهة وتقليل آثارها؟ هدفت الدراسة الى إبراز دور الممارسة العامة لمهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية بالتدخل في الأزمات والكوارث ، إيجاد طرق للارشاد وصنع القرارات الفعالة والصحیحة قبل و إ ثناء وبعد حدوث ألازمه أوالكارثة و كيفية تطوير المهارات والقدرات المتوفرة لدى الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في وقت الأزمات الكوارث، وتأتي أهمية الدراسة في انها تعتبر إضافه علمية للمكتبة السودانية والباحثين والعاملين في مجال الازمات والكوارث ، كما يقوم بدور ايجابي يسهم في مواجهة المشكلات والتعامل معها بطريقة مهنية سليمة، معرفة أهمية تكوين فريق عمل اجتماعي دائم للكوارث . نوع الدراسة وصفية تحليلية ، إستخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي ومنهج الوصف التحليلي وأدوات الأستبيان والمقابلة والسجلات والوثائق، اشتملت الدراسة علي عدد من الفروض وهي: أن هناك علاقة قوية بين تخيف حدة آثار الكوارث و الأزمات وبين عملية التدخل المهني للممارسة العامة، كما ان هناك علاقة ايجابية بين التدخل المهني للممارسة العامة لمهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية في التقليل من آثار الكوارث والأزمات. توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج منها ، عملية التدخل المهني للممارسة العامة تعمل على تشجيع المنكوبين لاستعادة التوازن و جمعية الهلال الاحمر السوداني لها دور عبر مفوضية العون الانساني في توعية الإفراد مسبقاً بأخطار الحوادث والإجراءات الضرورية لتجنب آثارها مستقبلاً ، وكما توصلت الدراسة لاهم التوصيات وهي ضرورة تمكين فريق للعمل ذات كفاءة عالية في مراجعة الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة ووضع خطط والإستراتيجية مستقبلية والاستفادة من طرحها النظري والتطبيقي في تطوير دور التدخل في الأزمات والكوارث و إدخال منهج ثقافة التعايش السلمي بين المجتمع ، وكيفية التعامل مع الأزمات والكوارث لتكون ضمن المقرارات التعليمية في السودان بجميع المراحل الدراسية.

Abstract

It is considered the general practice of intervening in crises and disasters that represents the pinnacle of benign characteristics in any society. Intervention is a social aid aimed at calling for intervention in crises and disasters, highlighting the spirit of human cooperation and making an effort for the sake of happiness of others, so that the civilized face reflects the human being in strengthening relations. Social, giving and giving is the criterion of citizen awareness and awareness of his role in the society to which he belongs. The study aimed to highlight the role of the general practice of the social service profession in intervening in crises and disasters, finding effective and correct decision-making methods before, during and after the occurrence of the crisis and disaster, how to develop the skills and capabilities available to social workers in times of crisis and disasters, tracing the importance of the study that it considers A scientific addition to the Sudanese library, researchers and workers in the field of crises and disasters, as it plays a positive role in the field of crises and disasters, which contributes to confronting problems and dealing with them in a sound professional manner. Knowing the extent of the importance of forming a permanent social work team for disasters, the problem of the study is a man-made extent that left conflicts and tensions and left deep effects, and professional intervention must be made in the general practice of social service in order to direct it or deal with it or with its effects. Perhaps among the most important professions that can play a vital role in This is the profession of social service. Does the general practice of social service have a role in intervening in crises and disasters through awareness and prevention for society to confront and reduce their effects? He told the study several hypotheses, namely, there is a strong relationship between disaster mitigation and crises between the professional intervention process for public practice, and there is a positive relationship between professional intervention for the general practice of the social service profession in reducing the effects of disasters and crises. The study used the historical and descriptive analytical method. The study reached conclusions including, the professional intervention process for general practice works to encourage the afflicted to restore balance, and the Sudanese Red Crescent Society has a role through the Humanitarian Aid Commission in educating individuals in advance of the dangers of accidents and the necessary measures to avoid their effects in the future, the study recommends the need to empower a highly qualified work team in Reviewing literature and previous studies, developing future plans and strategy, and benefiting from its theoretical and practical presentation in developing the role of intervention in crises and disasters and by introducing a culture of peaceful coexistence among society, and how to deal with crises and disasters is among the educational decisions in Sudan at all stages of education.
