Propagation is not a merely preaching or rememberance of ethical and noble values of Islam , It is a pragmatic and principle aspects . lt's means , process and approach evolved due to changes of time factor and to location . Certain features , characterestics and prerequisites should be available in the practices to behave rectitute conduct , and the role function of his carreces. The argument behind justification of choosing this topic is the sentiments believing and conviction of the researcher that propagation is the most best activity and honorable deeds to God , It is the carreers and responsibiltes of prophets targeting in inciting people to pratice . The researcher investigated on the characteristic and prerequisities of the practitioners and benifit aequsited in linking historical and modern propgation stages . The main objective of this study is to be aquainted with the now adays modern requisties and needs of propagation , identifying the principal function through enterpertation of Quran verses .
