| dc.description.abstract | المستخلص تناولت الدراسة التدخل الدولي لحماية حقوق الانسان وأثره علي سيادة الدول (دراسة حالة ليبيا 2011م ) ، وقد إنطلقت الدراسة من فروض أساسية مفادها أن التدخل الدولي لحماية الانسان يعتبر إنتهاكاً لسيادة الدول بالرغم من وجود بعض المبررات القانونية والإنسانية للتدخل . إستخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي لسرد التطور التاريخي للتدخل الدولي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف ظاهرة التدخل الدولي وتحليل أبعاده المختلفة ومعرفة أسبابه والعوامل المؤثرة فيه . توصلت الدراسة الي عدة نتائج من أهمها: ان التدخل الدولي يعتبر إنتهاكاً لسيادة الدول بالرغم من وجود بعض المبررات الإنسانية وعملاً مناقضاً لمبدأ عدم التدخل ومتجاوزاً حق الدولة في الإستقلال والحرية وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها : إعادة تعريف وضبط مفهوم التدخل الدولي ولمنع التدخل يجب نشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان وإحترام الحريات الأساسية وترسيخ قواعد القانون الدولي . د Abstract The study examined the international intervention to protect human rights and its impact on the sovereignty of states ( Libya Case Study 2017 ) the study started with basic assumptions that international intervention to protect aim human beings is considered an infringement of the sovereignty of states despite the existence of some legal and humanitarian justification for intervention the study used the historical method to describe the historical development of international intervention and descriptive analytical approach to describe the phenomenon of international intervention and analyze its various dimensions and to know its causes and factors affecting it . the study reached several conclusions, the most important of which are : the international intervention is considered an infringement of the sovereignty of countries despite the existence of some humanitarian justifications and contrary to the principle of non- interference and beyond the right of the state to independence and freedom . Human rights, respect for fundamental freedoms and consolidation of the rules of international law. | en_US |
