الأثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للتعدين التقليدي بولاية غرب كردفان ((دراسة ميدانية للمعدنين بمحلية النهود - وحدة إدارية فوجا))

Abstract

مستخلص تناول لبحث الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للتعدين التقليدي بولاية غرب كردفان مدينة النهود وحدة إدارية فوجا. وهدفت الدراسة بصورة أساسية للتعرف على الآثار السلبية والايجابية الناتجة عن التعدين التقليدي بمنطقة الدراسة وما يمكن أن يعود للمجتمع من فوائد جراء عملية التعدين. استخدمت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك بوصف الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية المترتبة على عمليات التعدين بالمنطقة وقد تم أخذ عينة حجمها (80) مفردة من مجتمع الدراسة الأصل وذلك عن طريق العينة القصدية واستعان الباحث بعدد من أدوات جمع البيانات والمعلومات تمثلت في استمارة الاستبيان والمقابلة والملاحظة. تم معالجة بيانات الدراسة عن طريق الحزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن هناك آثار منها اجتماعية واقتصادية للتعدين التقليدي كما ساهم التعدين التقليدي في إنعاش الاقتصاد المحلي والتنمية في منطقة الدراسة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير إنتاج الذهب والتنسيق بين المراكز والولايات وذلك لتجاوز السلبيات التي تواجه التعدين التقليدي. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع ضوابط وقوانين للعمل في مجال التنقيب بالإضافة إلى ضرورة حث المؤسسات المالية المحلية لتمويل نشاط التعدين التقليدي بعد التحقق من الضمانات اللازمة حتى لا يتأثر القطاع المصرفي بأي آثار سلبية لأي عمليات تمويل غير آمنة. أخيراً أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إجراء البحوث والدراسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في مجال التقليدي.

Abstract The study dealt with the socio-economic impacts of traditional mining in West Kordofan State, Al-Nahud city, and an administrative unit, Foga. The study mainly aimed to identify the negative and positive effects resulting from traditional mining in the study area and the benefits that can be returned to society as a result of the mining process. In this study, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach by describing the social and economic impacts of mining operations in the area. A sample size of 80 individuals was taken from the original study population through the intentional sample. . The study data were processed by the Statistical Package in the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: There are social and economic impacts of traditional mining. Traditional mining also contributed to reviving the local economy and developing in the study area. The study recommended the necessity of developing gold production and coordination between centers and states in order to overcome the negatives facing traditional mining. The study also recommended the necessity of setting controls and laws to work in the field of exploration in addition to the necessity of urging local financial institutions to finance traditional mining activity after verifying the necessary guarantees so that the banking sector is not affected by any negative effects of any unsafe financing operations. Finally, the study recommended the necessity of conducting economic and social research and studies in the field of traditionalism.
