تطوير نظام معلومات لنتائج مؤسسات التعليم العام

Abstract

الملخص

اصبح الانسان محاط بكم هائل من المعلومات المتنوعة في مختلف مناحي الحياة و بمختلف الصور و اعتبرت بذلك المعلومات من اهم مكونات الحياة المعاصرة و يرجع السبب لهذا التدفق الهائل للمعلومات التي تطور وسائل النقل و معالجة المعلومات من اجهزة اتصال و حواسيب سريعة و طرفيات ذكية و وسائط نقل محدثة ثورة معلوماتية . تهدف الدراسة الي عمل نظام معلومات اداري يعمل في بيئة الانترنت يضم بداخلة نظام شوؤن العاملين و نظام تسجيل الطلاب و نظام النتيجة و ذلك باستخدام اسلوب تحليل و تصميم النظم باستخدام منهجية لغة التمذجه الموحدة( UML )وفي عملية تصميم ورسم الشاشات استخدم الباحث برنامج (ACTIVINSPIRE) وفي عملية التنفيذ استخدم الباحث لغة PHP)) مع محرك قواعد البيانات (MYSQL ) و برنامج دريم ويفر (DRIMWAEVER) فكانت اهم النتائج سهولة متابعة الموظفين من حيث الاجازات و السلفيات والانذارات و الطلاب في عملية التسجيل و الجداول الدراسية و النتيجة و يوفر حماية تمنع من الدخول غير المصرح به لملفات النظام و حمايتها من الضياع و التلف كما يوفر السرعة و الدقة و الامنية في اجراء العمليات .

Abstract

Human beings are enormously surrounded by various information in different walk of life as well as different aspects . Thus information is essentially one of the computers of the contemporary life and due to that plain reason led to the development of means of transportation and information's treatment through smart phones as well as digit computers which eventually led information revolutionary. The study aims at information management system which is exclusively connected with the internet that including labor affairs system , card report system and student registration order by using analytical UML method . The researcher in the process of screen drawing and design used ACIVINSPIERE program. While implementation process the researcher used PHP language with database engine MYSQL, in addition to DRIMWAEVER. Findings vitally point out that is so easy trace workers in terms of their vacations, warnings, loans and students when registrating , timetables, report card and provide security system files ; additionally, their protection from loss and damage. Apart from this provides accuracy, rapidity and safety during the processes.
