تطوير نظام لإدارة الموارد البشرية بالتطبيق علي المجلس القومي السوداني للتخصصات الطبية

Abstract

المستخلص تمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن النظام المستخدم في قسم الموارد البشرية في المجلس القومي السوداني للتخصصات الطبية هو نظام سجلات تقليدي يدوي مما أدي إلي ضياع بعض سجلات الموظفين وكذلك تلف جزء من الشهادات للموظفين وكذلك صعوبة البحث عن ملفات الموظفين لمعرفة إستحقاقاتهم المالية والترقيات والإجازات والتدريب والمأموريات, لذلك دعت الضرورة لتطوير هذا النظام لتسهيل كل هذه العمليات آنفه الذكرمما أدي إلي سهولة في إتخاذ القرارات للإدارة العليا وتوفير التقارير المفصلة عن كل قسم وكل موظف في قت وجيز. حيث تم إنشاء قاعدة بيانات كاملة تحتوي علي معلومات الموظفيين وتم التحول من الملف الورقي الي الملف الإلكتروني للموظفين مما قلل من الوقت المهدر للبحث عن معلومات الموظفين ومتابعة مهامهم, وتم تطوير هذا النظام بإستخدام حزمة البرمجيات مفتوحة المصدر (Odoo) بمساعدة لغة برمجة (Python).

Abstract The problem of research was that the system used in the human resources section of the Sudan Medical Specialization board is a manual records system which led to the loss of some staff records as well as the damage of part of the certificates of employees as well as the difficulty of searching for the files of employees to know their financial merits Promotions, vacations, training and missions, so it was necessary to develop this system to facilitate all these above-mentioned processes, which led to the ease of making decisions for senior management and providing detailed reports on each department and each employee in a short time. Where a complete database was created containing the information of employees and was switched from the paper file to the electronic file of employees, which reduced the time wasted to search for the information of employees and follow up their tasks, and this system was developed using the open source software package (Odoo) with the help of programming language ( Python).
