Family Compliance Regarding care of Asthmatic child at pediatric Hospital - Khartoum state -2015

Abstract

Abstract Background:- Asthma is a chronic illness and needs to be understood as such .Teach families of children with asthma and the children themselves, how to care for the disease. Aim of this study was to assess family compliance regarding care of asthmatic child. Methodology Descriptive cross-sectional hospital based study design was conduct in tow hospital in Khartoum state, study populations were families of asthmatic child. Sample size was 166 participants, convenience sampling technique was used, Data collected through interviewing questioner. Result revealed that about (54.8%) participant had poor knowledge about risk factors of asthma. About (68.7%) participants poor compliance to regularly follow up. About (59.6%) participant Knowledge about uses of inhaler device . Conclusion Most participants had poor compliance to management of asthma. Keyword: asthma family compliance مستخلص الدراسة الربو هو مرض مزمن ويحتاج إلى أن يتم فه رسُم ه بالقدر الكافي, و تعليم ا رسُألسر التي بها أطفال يعانون من .األمزمة و تعليم األطفال أنفسهم كيفية العناية بالمرض و كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقييم مدى التزام األسر التي بها أطفال يعانون من األمزمة بشأن رعاية .أطفالهم المصابين منهجية الدراسة هي منهجية وصفية مستندة إلى تصميم و رسُأرجريت في مستشفيين في ولية الخرطوم. كان تعداد الدراسة عبارة عن عائل ت األطفال المصابين باألمزمة. كان حجم العينة 166 مشاركا، تم استخدام .تقنية مريحة في أخذ العينا ت، تم رجمع البيانا ت بواسطة إرجراء مقابل ت و استبيانا ت كشفت النتائج أن حوالي (8.54 (٪من المشاركين لديهم معرفة ضئيلة بعوامل خطورة مرض األمزمة. و حوالي (7.68 (٪من المشاركين لديهم ضعف استجابة للمتابعة المنتظمة. و حوالي (6.59 (٪من .المشاركين لديهم معرفة باستخداما ت رجهامز الستنشاق 4 .توصلت الدراسة إلى أن معظم المشاركين لديهم قلة إلتزام بعلج مرض األمزمة
