Design of Smart Street light based on image processing

Abstract

The smart street light is the important in the saving electrical energy, due to the weakness of such importance and efficiency of some of the means used to control which depend on the light of sun only, so it will be building a system to contribute to the power providing, so there must be a mechanism that works on the lighting control Where this system uses methods of control systems, in this research, the smart street lighting system is designed for a traffic street. The main aim of a new smart street lighting system is to control energy efficient LED street lights to turn on only when needed. The design procedures for the smart lighting system were carried out in this research: (Raspberry pi2 Controller 2 & Python software).
