دور سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية في حشد الموارد للتنمية الاقتصادية في السودان خلال الفترة الدراسية ما بين 2010-2014

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعريف بدور سوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان , وابراز الدور الذي يقوم به السوق في جذب المدخرات وفي تشجيع الاستثمار ، والتعريف على الاوراق المالية وادوات الاستثمار المستخدمة في سوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية ومدى ملاءمتها لبيئة العمل الاقتصادي في السودان . والتعرف على المشاكل التي تعوق تطويره ومساهمته بالصورة المثلى في التنمية الاقتصادية . وتتمثل أهمية البحث في الأهمية الكبيرة لسوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية كفكرة جيدة وكاحد مكونات النظام المالي في السودان . وايضاً عكس التطورات الاقتصادية التي صاحبت تطبيق سياسة التحرير الاقتصادي ونشأة سوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية .اتيعت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي و المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها: خلال الفترة الدراسية نشاط سوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية ساهمة القطاعات الانتاجية براس المال السة قي بلغ 365943606873 ثلاثة ترليون وستماءة وتسعة وخمسين مليار واربمائة ستة وثلاثة مليون ثمانية وستون الف وثلاثة وسبعون جنينة سوداني. بعد تدخل التداول الالكتروني في سوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية ادى الى زيادة في القطاعات الانتاجية ارتفاع راس المال السوقي . ومن اهم التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث : إدخال بعض القطاعات الموجودة في السودان ولم يدرج في السوق مثلا القطاع السياحي وخيرها من القطاعات . ضرورة توسيع دائرة السوق النظامية بانشاء قاعدة للتداول في بعض مدن السودان الكبرى وضرورة الاهتمام بالسواق المحاصيل الزراعية وتعميق الوعي الادخاري والاستثماري لدي قطاعات الشعب .

Abstract

The aim of this study is to define the role of the Khartoum Stock Exchange in achieving economic development in Sudan, and to highlight the role played by the market in attracting savings and in promoting investment, and the defined securities and investment instruments used in the Khartoum Stock Exchange and their suitability to the economic environment in Sudan. Also to identify the problems that hinder its development and its contribution to the economic development. The importance of the research is of great importance to the Khartoum Securities Market as a good idea and as one of the components of the financial system in Sudan. And also the opposite of the economic developments that accompanied the implementation of the policy of economic liberalization and the emergence of the Khartoum Stock Exchange. The study followed the historical and the descriptive analytical method. The researcher come up of some results such as: during the period of study, the Khartoum Stock Exchange, the contribution of the productive sectors to the capital amounted to 36,593,360,773 three trillion and six hundred fifty nine billion and six hundred and six three million sixty eight thousand seventy three Sudanese gardens. After the introduction of electronic trading in the Khartoum Stock Exchange, an increase in the productive sectors led to a rise in market capitalization. The researcher recommended that : The introduction of some sectors in the Sudan and did not include in the market, for example, the tourism sector and other sectors. The need to expand the regular market by setting up a trading base in some of the major cities of Sudan and the need to pay attention to markets agricultural crops and deepen the savings and investment awareness among the sectors of the people.
