اوضاع و آثار لجوء مواطني جنوب السودان في محلية السلام (في ولاية النيل الأبيض2015م - 2018م )

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر اللاجئين من دولة جنوب السودان على المجتمع المحلي في محلية السلام ولاية النيل الابيض, والقاء الضوء علي أثر اللاجئين على المحلية ، واتبع الباحث في الدراسة عدد من المناهج مثل المنهج التاريخي الذي تناول تاريخ ونمو وتطور منطقة الدراسة , و استخدم المنهج الاستقرائي , والمنهج الاستنباطي كما استخدم المنهج الاحصائي لعمل الجداول الاحصائية ,والمنهج التحليلي لتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها , كما لتخدم هدف البحث . تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في تزايد عدد اللاجئين بمعدلات عالية في الفترة الاخيرة نتيجة لاستمرار الحرب في دولة جنوب السودان , مما سبب ضغطا ً علي المرافق العامة والخدمات الخاصة بالمجتمع المحلي ,اضافة الي تسرب اللاجئين بهذا الكم من المعسكرات يؤدي الى انتقال الأمراض ، وانتشار العطالة يؤدي الي تفشي الجرائم . توصلت الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج ومن اهمها ، أن اللاجئين 90% منهم من ولاية أعالي النيل, و10% فقط من مناطق أخرى من ولايات دولة جنوب السودان., كما ان مدينة كدوك تمثل أهم المدن التي جاء منها اللاجئون ونسبتهم 50% ,والرنك 20% ,وأدود 15% ,و ودكونه 10% ,و من مدن وقرى أخرى5%. , أن أهم أسباب اللجوء هي الحرب الدائرة في دولة جنوب السودان , ومن الاسباب التي دفعت اللاجئ الي اختيار منطقة الدراسة للاستقرار فيها عامل القرب والجوار ، وإنها بعيدة عن مناطق الحروب في دولة جنوب السودان ، و قبول دولة السودان باللاجئين ، ترحيب وقبول سكان المنطقة . كما ان هناك فوائد اقامة معسكرات اللاجئين بالنسبة للمجتمع المحلي وتتمثل في الاهتمام بالتعليم والطرق والصحة وبمياه الشرب . وأهم التوصيات العمل على حل مشكلة الحرب في دولة جنوب السودان , توفير المياه الصالحة للشرب , توفير العناية الصحية الجيدة للاجئين ,و الاهتمام بالعامل النفسي ( توفير مرشدين نفسيين واجتماعيين ) , الاهتمام بالبيئة في المعسكرات , العمل على ادماج اللاجئ في المجتمع المضيف بصورة مدروسة ، العمل علي ابعاد اللاجئ عن أي عمل سياسي .

Evaluate the impacts of asylum Southern Sudan citizens in White Nile State (Status study in local peace) This study deals with the impact of the refugees from the State of Southern Sudan on the local community in peace locality White Nile State. The study . was focus on impact of the refugees on the locality A number of methods in this study, such as the historical approach, where the history, growth and development of the study area, the statistical approach to the work of statistical tables, The data were collected, and the, inductive, and deductive approach was used to serve the purpose of the research. One of the main reasons that led the student to choose the subject of the study was the establishment of the camps in agricultural land. This is considered an encroachment on agricultural land. Refugees live in camps near the Nile They spend their needs in the desert and with the rain water flowing to the Nile, which pollutes the water, the spread of crime in the study area, and the importance of research to raise the problem of refugees from southern Sudan by focusing on The most important problems of the study are the recent increase in the number of refugees at high rates due to the continuation of the war in the State of Southern Sudan. The exodus of refugees from the camps places pressure on public facilities and services. The infiltration of refugees from the camps leads to the spread of diseases. This study aims to identify the effects of the presence of refugees in the study area and to identify the refugee situation in the study area and also to identify the problems of refugees within . Camps, and the most important results, we find that the refugees 90% of them from the state of Upper Nile, and only 10% of other areas of the states of southern Sudan, the city of Kadok, the most important cities from which the refugees and 50%, and 20% and 15%, and 15% Dakuna 10%, and other cities and villages 5%. (100%), the most important reasons for asylum are the war in Southern Sudan, the most important recommendations, the solution to the problem of war in the South, the provision of safe drinking water, the provision of good health care, Concern for the environment in the camps, work on the integration of the refugee in the host society in a deliberate manner
