الآثار المترتبة للتعدين التقليدي للذهب في مدينة العبيدية بولاية نهر النيل من 2002 م- 2012م

Abstract

ملخص البحــــث تناولت الدراسة الآثار المترتبة للتعدين التقليدي للذهب في مدينة العبيدية بولاية نهر النيل من خلال تحديد مواقع التعدين التقليدي حول المدينة والعوامل والدوافع التي أدت الي انتشار تلك الظاهرة.)التعدين التقليدي للذهب) كما تناولت الدراسة المعوقات التي تواجه المعدنين بمدينة الدراسة ومن ثم تحديد الآثار المترتبة علي التعدين التقليدي للذهب بمدينة الدراسة . لقد تمت صياغة المشكلة وتحديد الأهمية والأهداف ومن ثم الفرضيات وتحديد المنهج ووسائل جمع البيانات بصورة تخدم وتحقق أهداف الدراسة وذلك في خمسة فصول. حيث تناول الفصل الأول خطة البحث وأجراءتها المنهجية ، اما الفصل الثاني تحدث عن التعدين التقليدي للذهب والتطور التاريخي للسياسات والتشريعات قي مجال التعدين كما تناول تطوير وتنقيب وطرق استخلاص واستخدامات الذهب كما عرض الفصل لأسماء بعض الشركات العاملة في مجال الذهب في السودان، اما الفصل الثالث فقد تناول الخصائص الطبيعية والبشرية لمدينة الدراسة ومدي تأثيرها علي إنتاج الذهب ، كما جاء الفصل الرابع يناقش التعدين التقليدي بمدينة الدراسة من حيث تحديد مناطق وجوده والاحتياجات اللازمة للذهاب لمناطق التعدين بالإضافة الي أنواع ألأجهزة المستخدمة في التعدين، كماطرح المعوقات التي تواجه المعدنين. اما الفصل الخامس فقد تناول الآثار المترتبة للتعدين التقليدي من النواحي الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية والأمنية بمدينة الدراسة.

واخيراً توصلت الدراسة الي عدة نتائج وتوصيات من اهمها :

- وجود صعوبة في حصر مناطق التعدين ووجود مواقع التعدين التقليدي بالقرب من مدينة الدراسة وانتشارهم في مواقع اخري بحثاً عن الذهب وذلك نسبة الي تنقلهم من منطقة لآخري وكثافة إعدادهم عدم استقرارهم في منطقة معينة. - هنالك أسباب ودوافع ادت الي هذا النوع من النشاط اهمها الظروف الاقتصادية للمدينة،لزيادة الدخل وكذلك زيادة نسبة العطالة، انتشار الإشاعات المبالغة وسط ،وجود اثار اقتصادية واجتماعية وأمنية وبيئية للتعدين التقليدي للذهب بمدينة الدراسة. توصي الدراسة بإجراء مزيد من البحوث والدراسات في هذا المجال بواسطة الاختصاصيين والباحثين وتوفير كل الإمكانيات اللازمة والمساعدة من جانب الدولة وذلك لأهميتها، كما توصي علي تنظيم حملات توعية للسكان بكل هذه المخاطر بتنظيم وتقنيين هذا النوع من التعدين وتوفير الأمن.

 ABSTRACT 

The study dealt with the impacts derived from gold traditional mining in Alabaidya city in River Nile State, by identifying traditional sites around the city and the factors and motives which led to the spreading of that phenomenon (Gold Traditional Mining ). Also the study addressed the constraints

faced by miners in the city of the study ,and then identifying of the impacts derived from gold traditional mining .

The problem has been formulated ,the importance , the objectives ,hypotheses ,identification of the methodology and means of data collection in a way which serves and achieves the study objectives within five chapters .

The first chapter addressed the research plan and methodology procedures .

The second chapter addressed gold traditional mining, the historical development of policies and legislations in mining aspect , as well as developing the techniques of exploration and usage of gold . the chapter reviewed names of some companies working in gold aspect in Sudan .

The third chapter addressed the natural and human characteristics for the city of the study and the extent of its impact on gold production .

The fourth chapter discussed the traditional mining in the city of the study in terms of areas ,quality and requirements necessary for going to mining areas . in addition to types of devices used in mining beside explaining the constraints facing the miners .

The fifth chapter addressed the impacts derived from the traditional mining from economic ,socia| ,environmental and security aspects in the city of the study . Finally , the study reached to several conclusions and recommendations ,the most important are:

*Difficulties in identifying confining mining areas ,beside the existence of traditional mining locations close to the city of the study and spreading of people within other locations looking for gold , in addition to their groomed density and lack of stability in a particular area .

There are reasons and motives which led to this type of activity , the most important are economic circumstances of the country

the increase of unemployment , spreading of exaggerated rumors , economic , social, security and environmental impacts of gold traditional mining in the city of the study .

The study recommends to carry out more researches and studies by specialists and researchers in this aspects . The STATE should provide them with necessary facilities and assistances fore its importance as well as providing the populations with awareness of risks by regulating and rationalizing this type of mining beside providing security .
