dc.description.abstract | Abstract This research aimed to exploring mental health and it is relationship with job satisfaction among the workers in International University of Afiica. The researcher used correlative descriptive method. The sample consisted of (l00)participates, there were males (50) and females (50) of workers in International University of Africa. The researcher used the following instruments: Primary data form, prepared by researcher. Test of mental health, prepared by Cornil. Test of j ob satisfaction, prepared by Salih Mohmed Abd-Ala. The data analyzed by (SPSS), including the tests of; T-test for one sample, T-test 'for two independent samples, Pearson correlation co-efficient, and Alpha Cronbach coefficient. The study revealed many results: 1. The general character of mental health among the workers in International University of Afiica is high. . 2. There is no significant correlation relationship between dimensions of mental health and dimensions of job satisfaction. 3. There are no significant statistical differences in dimensions of mental health among the workers in International University of Africa according to variable of sex. 4'. There are no significant statistical differences in dimensions of mental health among the workers in International University of Africa according to variable of age. 5. There are no significant statistical differences in dimensions of mental health among the workers in International University of Afi-ica according to variable of marital status. 6. There are no significant statistical differences in dimensions of mental health among the workers in International University of Africa according to variable of years of experience. The researcher concluded the results in review to the theoretical frame and recent studies, and also presented some recommendations and future research suggestions, such as; preservation the mental health among the workers in International University of Afi'ica by periodical psychological inspection, and also presented psychologist in university. | en_US |
