الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة بمحلية الخرطوم بحري

Abstract

مُسْتخلص البحث هدف هذا البحثالي دراسة الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة بمحلية الخرطوم بحري ومعرفة المتغيرات الديمغرافية ( النوع – العمر – المستوى التعليمي) ، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تم اختيار عـينة البحـث من معلمي التربية الخاصة ، وبلغ حجم العينة ( 80) معلم منهم (13) معلم و (67) معلمة ، تم اختيارهم عن طريق العينة العشوائية البسيطة ، طبقت الباحثة مقياسي الضغوط النفسية، و مقياس الرضا الوظيفي بعد التاكد من الخصائص السيكومترية، ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام الاساليب الاحصائية واهمها اختبار (ت) لعينة واحد وعينتين ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعامل الفاكرونباخ بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية فى العلوم الاجتماعية ((SPSS وتمثلت أهم النتائج: تتسم الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمين مراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية بحري بالوسطية المنخفضة. ويتسم الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمين مراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية بحري بالارتفاع. وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الضغوط النفسية والرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمين مراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية بحري. وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمين مراكز التربية الخاصة تبعاً لمتغير النوع. ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمين مراكز التربية الخاصة تبعاً لمتغير العمر والمستوى التعليمي. وفي الختام قدمت الباحثة توصيات اجرائية أهمها ضرورة حث وزارة التربية بعمل مزيد من الندوات وورش العمل التي من شأنها تزيد من تخفيف الضغوط النفسية لمعلمات التربية الخاصة.توفير ورش تدريب للمعلمين داخل المراكز ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من قبل ووزارة التربية والتعليم. The objective of this research is to study the psychological stress and its relationship with job satisfaction among special education teachers locality Khartoum North, To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach Correlative, the research sample of the special education teachers choose, the total sample size (80), a teacher of them (13) teachers and (67 ) females selected by simple random sampling, applied researcher Standart psychological stress, and job satisfaction scale after confirmation of psychometric characteristics, and data analysis was used statistical methods and the most important test (T) for a sample of one and two samples and the Pearson correlation coefficient and coefficient Alvakronbach by the Statistical package for the program in the social sciences ((SPSS The most important results: Characterized by psychological stress among teachers of special education centers locality nautical low moderation. And is job satisfaction among teachers of special education centers locality sea rise. There is a correlation between psychological stress and job satisfaction among teachers of special education centers locality sea. There are significant differences in psychological stress among teachers of special education centers, depending on the variable type. There are no statistically significant differences in psychological stress among teachers of special education centers, depending on the variable age. There are no statistically significant differences in psychological stress among teachers of special education centers differences depending on the variable level of education. In conclusion, the researcher presented the most important procedural recommendations need to urge the Ministry of Education doing more seminars and workshops that will increase the pressure to ease the psychological parameters of Education training workshops for teachers in centers with special needs by the Ministry of Education.among students
