دور البيئة المدرسية في إشباع الحاجات النفسية لدى تلاميذ الصف الثامن بمدارس الأساس قطاع الشجرة محلية الخرطوم- وحدة الشجرة

Abstract

مستخلص تهدف الدراسة إلي التعرف علي واقع البيئة المدرسية في إشباع حاجات التلميذ النفسية بمدارس مرحلة الأساس بقطاع الشجرة محلية الخرطوم. حيث شملت عينة الدراسة (300) تلميذ وتلميذة وإستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لدراسة الظاهرة وكان إختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية ، كما تم جمع المعلومات بواسطة الإستبيان مكون من أربعة محاور محور الحاجات الفيسولوجية ومحور الحاجة للأمن ومحور الحاجة للحب والإنتماء ومحور تقدير الذات . وتم تحليل البيانات عن طريق معامل إرتباط سبيرمان والجداول التكرارية ومربع كاي . وتوصلت الباحثة من خلال هذه الدراسة إلي أن البيئة المدرسية تتسم بإشباع الحاجات النفسية لتلاميذ مرحلة الأساس بقطاع الشجرة محلية الخرطوم. وكانت أهم التوصيات أهمية المرشد النفسي في مدارس مرحلة الأساس وبناء المسجد وإهتمت بمباني المدارس وتظليل دور المسجد في دور النمو الذهني والإهتمام بالجانب الترفيهي للتلاميذ . وإختيار المعلم المؤهل تربوياً للعمل في مدارس الأساس . أما المقترحات تمثلت في أن تكمون هذه الدراسة نواة لدراسات أخرى تطبق في المرحلة الثانوية . والمدارس التعليمية الخاصة بالأساس والثانوية وأيضاً تطبق في مدارس الموهوبين .

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of the school environment in satisfying the psychological needs of the students in primary stage schools in Khartoum locality sector. The study sample consisted of 200 pupils. The researcher used the descriptive method to study the phenomenon. The sample was randomly selected. The questionnaires was collected by the researcher. It consisted of four axes: the focus of the psychological needs the axis of need for security and the axis of need for love and belonging . the data were analyzed by the Spearman correlation conefficient, repetitive tables and the kai square. The researcher concluded that the school environment satisfies the psychological needs of the students of the basic stage in, Khartoum local tree sector. The most recommendations were the importance of the psychological guide in the basic stage schools and the construction of the mosque within the buildings of schools, and the revival of the role of the mosque to complete the religious growth by training them in public speaking , selecting topics and how to discuss them and conducting dialogue . And selection of an educational qualification teacher to work in basic schools. The proposals were to be the nucleus of other studies to be applied at the secondary level And primary and secondary schools, as well as in gifted schools.
