مشاريع مصرف الإدخار ودورها في تمكين المرأة (دراسة عينة من المستفيدات من المشاريع بولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

ملخص البحث تناول البحث مشاريع مصرف الإدخار ودورها في تمكين المرأة بدراسة عينة من المستفيدات من المشاريع التي مولها البنك ومناقشة مدى سير عمل هذه المشروعات بولاية الخرطوم. هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دورمصرف الإدخار في تقديم المشروعات الصغيرة ومدى إستفادة المبحوثات منها ونسبة نجاحها والمشاكل التي تواجهها. إستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلى وذلك بوصف مجتمع الدراسة وتحليل بيانات الدراسة الميدانية من خلال استخدام العديد من المصادر الأولية والثانوية في جمع المعلومات. توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن البنك قدم العديد من المشروعات من خلال محفظة المرأة وهي مشروعات خدمية لها تأثير في وضع المرأة الإقتصادي والإجتماعي داخل الأسرة والمجتمع. أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على زيادة مبلغ التمويل للمستفيدات وتدريبهن على إدارة المشروعات والعمل على متابعتها بصورة منتظمة ومعرفة المشكلات التي تواجهها. Abstract This research deals with the role of projects financed by Savings & Social Development Bank in women’s empowerment; selecting a sample of beneficiaries among women who gained well from these projects in order to investigate how such projects in Khartoum State have been managed. The research aims at identifying the role of Savings & Social Development Bank in offering micro projects, how respondents benefit from, possibility of success and problems that facing. Analytical descriptive methodology was conducted to describe study’s population and analyze the data of field study, which were collected from different primary and secondary sources. The research concluded to several results, chief among them that many service projects were financed by the Bank through woman’s purse. As well, those projects have had their significant effect on economic and social situation of women within the family and community. Accordingly, the research recommends increasing the amount of funding, training the beneficiaries on projects management and following up regularly the projects to determine obstacles and problems facing them.
