أثر سياسات سعر الصرف على الميزان التجاري في السودان خلال الفترة من 2011-2019م

Abstract

مستخلص تناول البحث أثر سياسات سعر الصرف على الميزان التجاري في السودان في الفترة من 2011-2019، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث فيما اثر سياسات سعر الصرف على الميزان التجاري وذلك بهدف الوصول إلى السياسات الأكثر ملائمة في معالجة العجز في الميزان التجاري، هدف هذا البحث في التعرف على العلاقة بين سياسات سعر الصرف والميزان التجاري، كما افترض الباحث أن هناك علاقة عكسية بين سعر الصرف وقيمة الصادرات وعلاقة طردية بين سعر الصرف وقيمة الواردات، حيث اعتمد الباحث على مصادر البيانات الثانوية مثل (الكتب والتقارير) من وزارة المالية والتخطيط الإقتصادي و ( بنك السودان الركزي) ، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الاحصائي، يتم استعراض البيانات الإحصائية من متغيرات الدراسة، ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث: كلما تحسن سعر الصرف كلما تحسنت قيمة الصادرات وسياسات سعر الصرف التي انتهجتها الحكومة كان الهدف منها إصلاح سعر الصرف في حد ذاته أكثر من معالجة الخلل في الميزان التجاري، اوصى الباحث بأن يجب على الدولة أن تراعي الإجراءات التي تسبق سياسات سعر الصرف المرن المدار ون ثم تطبيقه لأن بدون هذه الإجراءات لم تكن لهذه السياسة أي فاعلية.

Abstract This research deals with the effect of exchange rate policies on the trade balance in Sudan in the period from 2011-2019, and the research problem was the effect of the exchange rate on the trade balance in order to reach the most appropriate policies in dealing with the deficit in the trade balance. The relationship between the exchange rate policies and the trade balance, as the researcher assumed that there is an inverse relationship between the exchange rate and the quantity of exports and a positive relationship between the exchange rate and the quantity of imports, as the researcher relied on secondary data sources such as (books and reports) from the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning and (Central Bank of Sudan) The study followed the descriptive and analytical approach, whereby the statistical data from the study’s variables are reviewed, and among the most important findings of the researcher is: The higher the value of exports, the better the exchange rate of the pound against the dollar, and the exchange rate policies adopted by the government were aimed at reforming the exchange rate within the limits. More than addressing the imbalance in the trade balance, the study recommended that the state should take into account measures that precede the policies of Saudi Arabia Managed flexible exchange and then implement it, because without these measures this policy would have been ineffective.
