the competencies of teaching university professor of important topics and
universities have witnessed great development on the level achievement of
quality management that has to be to be a university professor on the amount of
knowledge that has effectively comply with quality standards.
And the importance of teaching performance of university professor in achieving
the objectives of the university, specifically the process of preparing and building
the output of eligible efficient to meet the needs of the community and the
various requirements, realized researcher problem teaching performance of
university professor evaluation at the university and procedures to improve it and
achieve the impact on the quality of higher education, so the problem of the
research centered in the following: '
- What is the importance of the means and methods adopted in teaching
performance evaluation of faculty member?
- What are the ways to be adopted by universities for the purpose of improving
the teaching performance level?
- That an evaluation process in the form of hand-form students is not conducive
to the evaluation process, because it takes a long time more effort, so the process
of making the evaluation system electronically encourage a greater number of
students to the evaluation process, in addition to saving time, effort, and without
being bound the limits of time and space..
This research aims to create faculty members need to accept the overall quality
and commitment to culture.
in addition to designing and programming an electronic system evaluates the
performance of a university professor in accordance with the perspective of
quality management from the point of view of students. And to take advantage of
existing standards in previous studies and the addition of new standards will help
in the development and performance improvement process, using scientific
methods Questionnaires and personal interviews .You can summarize the most
important findings of the current study in the following points: and
- Crystallized professional competencies required university professor from the
perspective of students on seven competencies President is (teaching
performance inside and outside the hall, teaching methods and techniques used,
scientific research activities, translation, authoring, administrative, cultural, social
and sports, ethics and personal qualities activities, the human dimension ,
Development and Quality).
--Mail system provides operations due to a faculty member to reconsider the level
of performance and how to improve the means and the methods adopted to
achieve quality in performance nutrition.
The researchers recommend studying the evaluation criteria in electronic Form
and add any new standard is in line with the overall quality standards and
contribute to the development process.
