أثر تحويلات المغتربين على الإقتصاد السوداني في الفترة من (2006م إلى 2015م)

تــــناول هذا البــحـث أثر تحـويلات المغتـربـين علـي الإقتـصـاد الســوداني. وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في الإجابة علـي التساؤل الرئيسي للـدراسة وما أثر تــحويلات المغتربــين علي النشــــاط الإقتصادي في الســـودان . وإفتـرضت الدراسة وجـــود عــلاقة بـــين تحويلات المغتـربين، والإستـهلاك الكلي، وأداء الجهاز المصرفي وسعر الصرف. وتـــنبع أهمية البحث من أهــمية الموضوع الذي تتمثل في تحـــويلات المغتربـــين في تحفيز النــشاط الإقتصـادي في الـدول المستقبلة للتحويلات. وغــطت الدراسة الفترة الزمنية من العام 2005م الي العام 2016م . وإســـتخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصـــلت الدراسة إلي: وجود علاقة بين تحويلات المغتربين والإستهـــلاك الكلي كما توصلت الي وجود عــلاقة بين تحـــويلات المغتربين واداء الجهاز المصرفي متمثلا في مقدره المصارف علي التمويل. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إهتمام الدول بتوفير البيئة المناسبة لجذب تحويلات المغتربين لما لها من دور فـــعال في تحفـيز النشاط الإقتصادي .

Abstract

This study dealt with the impact of expatriate remittances on economic in the Sudan. The problem of the study was in answering the main question of the study, which is the effect of expatriate remittances on the economic in Sudan. The study assumed a direct relationship between expatriate remittances, total consumption, investment and performance of the banking sector. The importance of the study stems from the importance of expatriates' remittances in stimulating economic activity in the countries receiving remittances. The study covered the period of time from 1985 to 2016. The study used the descriptive analytical approach. the study concluded that there is a direct relationship between expatriate remittances and total consumption, as well as finding a direct relationship between expatriate remittances and the performance of the banking system, which is represented by the ability of banks to finance. The study recommended that countries should provide the appropriate environment to attract remittances because they have an effective role in stimulating activity Economic development.
