I ABSTRACT Quality of service (QoS) is the description or measurement of the performance of a service, for example a telephony or computer network or cloud computing service, the performance seen by the users of the network. To quantitatively measure quality of service, several related aspects of the network service are often considered, for example packet loss,b_it rate, throughput, transmission delay, jitter, etc. In the field a computer networking and other packet- switched telecommunication networks, quality of service refers to traffic prioritization and resource reservation control mechanisms rather than the achieved service quality. Quality ofService(QOS) refers to the capability of a network to provide better service to selected network traffic over various technologies. NetNumenTM U31(CN)(hereinafterU3 l(CN))is established based on ZTE unified OSS platform, it realizes centralized management of each system (GSM/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/CDMA/WiMAX/IMS/LTE)core network equipment, including MSC,MSC Server,MGW,HLR,SGSN,GGSN,MSCe,PDSN,AGW,AAA,MGCF,MM E,SAE-GW,CG etc. After Combination of three Cities in any of these services three are Call setup , Call drop and Call drop handover and discussed then gives a solution, especially for network that is a still problem nowadays. Finally ,the simulation results shows that in comparison between three cities we found that Obeid is the worst signal , Dongola is the best signal about call setup, But on another side Obied is the best signal,Dongola is the worst signal about call drop, Also Obicd is the best signal , Dongola is the worst signal about Handover,WeUsed Application called (ZTE Netnumen U31) to analysis. This research providesacomparison and technical analysis of three services use in drive test and post processing in mobile Networks.en_US
