التقنية المصرفية وأثرها في أداء تقديم الخدمة المصرفية

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناولت الدراسة التقنيه المصرفية وآثرها في اداء خدمة المصارف بالتطبيق على بنك الشمال الاسلامي. تنبع أهمية البحث من وجود جزء كبير من الأموال خارج الجهاز المصرفي وماقد تسببة من مشاكل إقتصادية كبيرة. والدور الفعال للتقنية المصرفية في إستقطاب هذه الأموال وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في وجود مقدار كبير من الأموال خارج الجهاز المصرفي والتحدي الذي يواجة المصارف في إستقطاب هذه الأموال مع وجود معوقات تحول دون الهدف المرجو منه ودور التقنية المصرفية في إستقطاب هذه الأموال . ومن أهم النتائج التى توصل إليها البحث. هي أن تقديم الخدمة المصرفية بإستخدام التقنية المصرفية الحديثة أفضل من تقديمها بالطرق التقليدية والتقنية المصرفية تقلل إهدار الموارد وتساعد في زيادة الأرباح والودائع. بالإضافة إلى ذلك تساعد في جمع الأموال من خارج الجهاز المصرفي. وأهم التوصيات التي توصل إليها البحث هي أن رفع الثقافة الإلكترونية يساعد على زيادة الوعي المصرفي في المجتمع ومواكبة التطورات التقنية الحديثة وتطبيقها بكل فروع البنك تحقيقاً للميزات التنافسية بالإضافة إلى الإهتمام بعملاء البنك وتعريفهم وتدريبهم على التقنية الحديثة Abstract

The research importance generate elude to a large parts of money out banking system. which causes big economic problem and the affective role of banking technique on gathering these money.

The problem of the research is finding a large parts of money out banking system.

So as to achieve the competitive fifers ,beside it consent of the bank customers to give them knowledge and training in the fielded of the modern technology .
