Abstract

Abstract This study is aimed to illustrate the methods in Malik’s Muwata’a Book talks, to study & to analyze some technical types of eloquence and to show the big role that was carried by Imam Malik for the service of Islam & Muslims’ nation. The study dealt with the types of request construction in Muwata’a talks, using the grammar sentences & eloquence in talks as scientific subject, the study divided into six chapters. It was used an introduction for every chapter as methodological & theoretical frame work in which the eloquence & grammar rules concerned, and then followed the theoretical the implementing part through discussion & analyzing of its meanings and mentioning the prove in the grammatical sentence & eloquence , contrasting between the true meaning & the Metaphorical sense. This research, in chapter one, dealt with Imam Malik’s life , that means the historical study to his Book & Ideology, but in chapter two; discussed and analyzed the evidence that included in the grammatical interrogative methods and that was come out to the Metaphorical sense for instance; admitting , denying , blaming & others. In the “Do it” Chapter, the study had come out with construction proves concerned in the chapter and its methods. And reaching to some Metaphorical purposes in this method, and comparing between its meanings, in chapter of Prevention come out with prohibition contained formulas in Muwata’a , for example; in terms like” Sacred, Beware” and the answer “No” and the phrases which were come with artificial meanings ,like : no for guidance , request, call & other. In chapter Call “Nida’a” studied the positions of “Nida’a” Call in the talks of our book “Muwata’a” and its types, for example; call for هـ singular ,call in addition, call for plural and so on. And that was come out in eloquence meaning, for example the call to show the true & sympathy. And in the last chapter , the study dealt with analysis of the request construction methods of grammar and eloquence balancing between them. Would like to inform that the scientific subject in this chapter was very little compared with the previous chapters. And this research was reached to results, the important one as following:- 1- Some grammar elements like : ( what, when , who ) in the interrogative was used in the admitting, as per some of grammarian, so that the interrogative can only be with “Hamaza “ may be they wanted to a number for that. 2- The various phrases of “Do it” and may be through admitting, pointing to, also its various sense, in terms of time & quantity. 3- The true meaning of construction is more and its proves strong Maybe it's in terms of rules and legislation for people through the Hadith, but the Metaphorical sense while carrying gloss aesthetic of art , splendid with widely simple which couldn’t find in true sense. Allah Knows, This was contained by the study in brief, Ask Him to help and guide the others benefit from it and that he is able to do it, and God bless him and Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings.
