الدولة العثمانية في عهد السلطان سليمان القانوني (926-974هـ-1520-1566م)

Abstract

مستخلص البحث يتناول البحث بصوره رئيسيه الدوله العثمانية في عهد السلطان سليمان في الفتره مابين (1520-1566)، والذى أعتبر عهده حسب الوثائق من أعظم فترات الدولة العثمانية وأعتبر من بين أعظم السلاطين العثمانيين ، وهو أخر السلاطين الأقوياء في الدولة العثمانية ويعد عهده عصراّ ذهبياّ للدولة العثمانية ـ أهتم السلطان سليمان بالسياسه الداخليه لدولته، حيث حافظ على أنجازات أسلافه السابقين والأستمرار في سياسته التوسعيه ، وذلك من خلال أصدار قوانين وتشريعات عديده الأمر الذى منحه شهره واسعة ،للدرجه التى أطلق عليه كتاب فرنسا في تلك الفتره اسم سليمان القانوني . يتكون البحث من مقدمه وتمهيد وثلاثه فصول وخاتمه وملاحق. الفصل الأول تناول الخلفيه التاريخيه لأسره السلطان سليمان بالاضافة الى طريقة توليه العرش ، والسياسه الداخليه التى أتبعها لحفظ والسلم الأمن، بالقضاء على كل التمردات ، وإعادة صياغة بعض القوانين، الذى مكنه من احكام سلطتة على مقاليد الأمور في دولته. الفصل الثاني تناول سياسته التوسعيه في أوربا والحملات التى قادها لفتح مناطق جديده في شمال أوربا، وسياسته نحو فرنسا التى أنتهت بتوقيع بعض الأتفاقيات السلميه،بالأضافه الى سياسته نحو الأمبراطوريه النمساويه . تناول الفصل الثالث جهود السلطان سليمان في تأسيس النفوذ العثماني في العالم الأسلامي والمناطق العربيه في أسيا وشمال أفريقيا، وهي الفتره التي أظهرت العديد من المميزات والأنجازات المعماريه. أهم النتائج والأستنتاجات التى خرج بها البحث هى 1_تميز عهد السلطان سليمان بالدفاع عن حدو دولته وتدعيم سلطانه. 2ـ_سياسه السلطان سليمان مع أوربا أتخذت الجانب السلمي والعسكري معا احسب ما أقتضته الظروف . 3_أتبع سياسه الدفاع عن الأسلام والأماكن المقدسه التى كانت واحده من أكبر مخاوفه 4_أتبع الباحث المنهج التاريخي مستخدما المصادر والمراجع المختلفه في جمع الماده Abstract

The study entiled ottomans state uring the Reign Sultan Suleiman 1520-1566 aims to give documented survey of the reign of that sultan He was considered the last of the great sultans who formulated the Golden Age of that slate. It focuses on his internal policy to prrserve achievements of his predecessors keeping the state in tact and introducing new measures to keep security and peace . His efforts to introduce new laws and legislations gave him great fame and wa known as .france,Suliman the Law Maker. The study falls into three chapters preface an introduction Iist of sources and reIevnat appendices . The first chapter surveys his family background and his accession to the throne .his internal policy revolved securing peace by crushing various rebellions and restating the authority of law. The second chapter and lyses his policy towards Europe concentrating on military campaigns to add new regions and also the start of the peaceful trend towards France which culminated in the Capitulation Treaty .Areverse of that polic ensued as shown in his policy towards the Austrion Empire. The third chapter views his efforts to establish and strengthen ottoman authority in the Islamic and Arab areas in Asia and North Africa . some features of cultural and architectural achievements achievements the highlighted .Fesults deduced from the study can be summarized in the following . 1. The role of Sultan Suliman in defending and modernizing the stare was an important feature of his reign . . 2. His policy towards Europe was a combination of peaceful approach and military confrontation according to circumstances . 3.His great interest in culture and arts was revealed in various aspects of the state . 4.His policy to defend lslam and the Holy places was one of his major concerns .. . The study consulted a variety of historical sources including primary sources ,referencrs and theses .
