العوامل الاجتماعية المؤدية لجنوح الأحداث (من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية )

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة تناولت الدراسة العوامل الاجتماعية المؤدية لجنوح الأحداث من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية ، تتكون الدراسة من عدة فصول ، تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في انتشار ظاهرة جنوح الأحداث في الفترات الأخيرة وأصبحت مشكلة معقدة تؤثر على البيئة الاجتماعية والمجتمع. هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الأسباب الاجتماعية المؤدية لجنوح الأحداث والحصول على معلومات عن جنوح الأحداث التي يمكن أن تمكن جهات الاختصاص في وضع سياسة اجتماعية لقضاء على الظاهرة او تخفيف من حدتها، ونوع الدراسة , دراسة وصفية تحليلية ، استخدم فيها الباحث منهج المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة ، وكما استخدمت أدوات الاستبيان والمقابلات والسجلات والوثائق ، شملت الدراسة عدد من تساؤلات وهي : هل تفكك الأسري وغياب المسؤولية في رعاية الأحداث تؤدي للجنوح ؟ هل السكن في الأحياء الغير مخططة تؤدي لجنوح الأحداث ؟ تم تحليل البيانات ومناقشتها للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة ، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج منها : إن العمل في سن مبكر له دور في حدوث جنوح الأحداث ، كما أكدت نتائج الدراسة أن الوضع الاقتصادي للأسرة والإهمال الذائد له تأثيره ، كما توصلت الدراسة للتوصيات منها ضرورة زيادة الاهتمام الأسري والرقابة والمتابعة للأحداث داخل المنزل والمدرسة والشارع .

Abstract The study examined the social factors leading to juvenile delinquency from the perspective of social service. The problem of the study was the spread of juvenile delinquency in recent periods and became a complex problem affecting the social environment and society. The study aimed to identify the causes of juvenile delinquency and to obtain information on juvenile delinquency that enable the competent authorities to develop a social policy that works to limit or stop the phenomenon. A descriptive and analytical study in which the researcher used the social survey method and took a random sample from the study population. The researcher also used questionnaire tools, interviews, records and documents to collect data. To study the problem of the study, a number of questions were raised: Is the disintegration of the family and the lack of responsibility in the care of juveniles lead to juvenile delinquency? Does housing in informal slums cause juvenile delinquency? The data were analyzed and discussed to answer the study's questions and reached the following conclusions: That the work at an early age has a role in juvenile delinquency, and also confirmed the results of the study that the economic situation of the family and excessive neglect has an impact on juvenile delinquency. The study made a number of recommendations, including: the need to increase the family's attention and supervision and follow-up of events in the home and in school and street.
