أثر الخدمات المصرفية الحديثة على الاداء المصرفى فى السودان

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : استعرضت الدراسة اهمية الدور الايجابى الذى تلعبة تقنية المعلومات والتطور الالكترونى فى الخدمات المصرفية بالتركيز على المصارف السودانية . وبين الجانب النظرى من هذه الدراسة الخدمات المصرفية التقليدية، والحديثة وطرق الدفع الالكترونية . وجاء تاكيد الجانب النظرى من الواقع العملى لهذه الدراسة من خلال دراسة حالة لبنك فيصل الاسلامى السودان . ان الغرض الاساسى من هذه الدراسة هو الوصول الى نتائج لمعرفة ما اذا كانت المصارف السودانية تستطيع تقديم خدمات مصرفية متطورة وتوفير قاعدة بيانات تساعدها على تجويد وتحسين الاداء مما يؤهلها الى امكانية مواجهة المنافسة العالمية الحادة . المنهج المتبع فى هذه الدراسة : الاستقرائى ، الوصفى ، و المنهج التحليل لتحليل فرضيات البحث من خلال الاستبيان للوصول الى النتائج و التوصيات . ومن اهم النتائج التى توصلت اليها الدراسة هى : 1| استخدام الخدمات المصرفية الحديثة فى العمل المصرفى يودى الى سرعة انجاز الخدمة وبالتالى توفير زمن العميل . 2| استخدام هذه الخدمات يقوى من المركز التنافسى للمصارف السودانية فى ظل العولمة وتحرير الاسواق . ومن اهم توصيات الدراسة : 1| الاهتمام بالاستثمار فى تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات حتى يتم توفير قاعدة معلوماتية تكنولوجيه تتناسب مع متطلبات الصيرفة الالكترونية . 2| ضرورة تطوير وتقوية الدور الرقابى والاشرافى للبنك المركزى من حيث تطوير الجهاز المصرفى وتوفير وسائل وادوات تطبيق التكنولوجيا المصرفية . Abstract

The study reviews the positive tole played by in formation technology and electronic development in the field of bank services with emphasis on a sudanese bank.

The theory framework of this study highlight the history of Sudanese bank sector,the traditional bank sevices and methods of electronic payment, how ever , the theovetical framework of this study of Faisal Islamic Bank Sudan .

The basic aim of this study is to come out with findings that dentify to what extent the Sudanese banks can Fund sophisticated banking services nad provide tremendous database helps promote performance , which enables them to face the cute global competition .

The study has used the deductive , descriptive and analytical method to analyses the hypotheses by using questionnaire to come out with findings and recmmendations .

The study has come out with the below findings ;

1-use of information technology and electronic development to quick rendering of banking sevice and save the customer, .

2-use of these technologies strengthe competition status of the Sudanese banks in of globalization and liberalization of the martet.

The most important recommendations;

1-Attention should be built on investment in information technology and communications in order to provide abase for information technology agree to requirements of the electronic banking.

2-There is aneed to develop and strengthen the implements the banking technology.
