تحليل الإستشهادات المرجعية الواردة في أطروحات علم الإدارة العامه المودعة بمكتبة جامعة النيلين خلال الفترة من (1998-2009م

Abstract

المستخلص وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي جامعة النيلين كلية الدراسات العليا كلية الادآب- قسم المكتبات والمعلومات عنوان الدراسة: تحليلالاستشهادات المرجعية الواردة في أطروحات علم الإدارة العامة المودعة بمكتبة جامعة النيلين خلال الفترة(1998-2009م): دراسة ببليومترية. إعداد الطالب: محمد عمرعلي يوسف إشراف الدكتورة: منال أحمد عبدالماجد إدريس الدرجة العلمية: ماجستير التاريخ: 2018م/ 1439ه هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الخصائص البنائية للإنتاج الفكري في مجال الإدارة العامة عن طريق تحليل الاستشهادات المرجعية الواردة بالأطروحات المودعة بمكتبة الرسائل الجامعية بجامعة النيلين، ودراسة التوزيعات الشكلية واللغوية والموضوعية والجغرافية، والتعرف على سمات المؤلفين في هذا التخصص. واستخدم الباحث المنهج التاريخي (الوثائقي) وتم توظيفه في الإطار النظري للدراسة والمنهج الببليومتري وذلك باعتباره أكثر المناهج ملاءمة لهذه الدراسة لإعتماده على الأساليب الإحصائية والقياسات الكمية لإعطاء نتائج كمية ونوعية للاستشهادات عينة الدراسة. غطت الدراسة إحدى وثلاثين رسالة جامعية تمثل عينة الدراسة، واشتملت على ثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، وتوصلت إلى عدد من النتائج والتوصيات، ومن أهم النتائج: -بلغ عدد الرسائل عينة الدراسة إحدى وثلاثين(31) وثمانية عشر رسالة (18) رسالة ماجستير وثلاثة عشر (13) رسالة دكتوراه. وبلغ عدد الاستشهادات المرجعية بها (2333) استشهاداً مرجعياً. -جاءت الكتب في المرتبة الأولي من بين أشكال مصادر المعلومات المستشهد بها في العينة. ومن أهم التوصيات: -التوسع في تطبيق دراسات الاستشهادات المرجعية على مجالات المعرفة المختلفة، وذلك للتعرف على الإنتاج الفكري الأكثر أهمية للطلاب والباحثين في هذه المجالات، ولمساعدة المسئولين في مجال تنمية المجموعات بالمكتبات ومراكز المعلومات، ومعرفة نقاط الضعف والقوة في الإنتاج الفكري المكتبي المنشور. - ضرورة إدخال مادة الدراسات الببليومترية ضمن مناهج مرحلة البكالاريوس لأقسام المكتبات والمعلومات لأهميتها في تقييم وتحليل الإنتاج الفكري ومعرفة إتجاهاته ومدى الاستفادة منه.

Abstract Ministry of education and scientific research Al –Nelain University Faculty of post graduate College of Post Graduate Studies Faculty of Arts - Library and Information Department Title: Analysis of reference citations in theses of public administration deposited in the library of Al –Nelain University during the period (1998-2009).

Researcher: Mohammed Omer Ali yousif Supervisor: Dr. Manal Ahmed Abedeimagid Idris Degree: MA Date: 2018/ 1439 This research aimed atstudying the structural characteristics of intellectual works in the field of public administration by analyzing the reference citations contained in thesis in the Al –Nelain University - University Thesis Library, and studying the formal, linguistic, objective, geographical distributions and identifying the characteristics of the authors in this specialization. The researcher used the historical or documentary method in the theoretical framework of the study and the bibliometric method, as the most appropriate method for this study to rely on statistical methods and quantitative measurements to give quantitative and qualitative results for the citations of the study sample. The study covered thirty-one letters representing the sample of the study and included three chapters and a conclusion. the study come up off some conclusions and recommendations, the most important results are:as follows - The number of thesis of the study sample was thirty-one thesis (18) master's thesis and (13) PhD thesis. The number of reference citations are (2333) reference. - The Books ranked first among the sources of information cited in the sample. The most important recommendations are: - Extend the application of reference citations studies on various fields of knowledge in order to identify the most important intellectual production for students and researchers in these fields and to assist the workers in the development of collections in libraries and information centers and to identify the weaknesses and strengthes in the published intellectual production. - The necessity of introducing bibliometric studies within the baccalaureate curricula of the library and information departments for their importance in the evaluation and analysis of intellectual production and knowledge of its trends and the extent of benefit from it.
