الثورة التكنولوجية الهائلة التي شملت جميع مجالات حياة الإنسان أدت إلى وجود أساليب جديدة للقيام بالنشاطات المختلفة، إن أهمية تكنولوجيا المعلومات تكمن في التطبيقات التي تستخدم هذا العلم وتعكسه على الواقع العملي من تبسيط أسلوب الحياة. إن التذكرة الإلكترونية هي إحدى طرق إصدار التذاكر والتي من شأنها أن تزيل الحاجة إلى التذاكر الورقية الذي كانت تواجه العديد من المشاكل مثل التكدس في بوابات التذاكر لحجز مقعد، ضياع وتلف التذاكر الورقية وعدم وجود مكان يوفر تذاكر لمختلف الأحداث والمناسبات وتم حل هذه المشاكل وغيرها من المشاكل بما حقق الأهداف المرجوه من البحث مثل منع التكدس في بوابات التذاكر وكسب الوقت، الحفاظ على حقوق العملاء بالإحتفاظ بنسخة من التذكرة وتوفير منصة واحده لحجز التذاكر لمختلف أنواع الأحداث والمناسبات. وتم إستخدام لغات وتقنيات (laravel, flutter, dart) وتم إستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة UML في مخططات التحليل والتصميم وتم عمل منصة تسمح للمستخدمين بحجز التذاكر لمختلف الأحداث والمناسبات. وتم التوصل إلى عمل منصه توفر التذاكر الإلكترونية لمختلف المناسبات قبل وقت كافي.

ABSTRACT

The enormous technological revolution that encompassed all areas of human life led to the existence of new methods to carry out various activities, the importance of information technology being in the applications that use this science and reflect on the practical reality of simplifying lifestyle. E-ticket is one of the ways of issuing tickets that would Eliminates the need for paper tickets, which were faced with many problems such as congestion in the ticket gates to reserve a seat, loss and damage to paper tickets and the lack of a place provides tickets for various events and occasions, these problems and other problems have been solved including achieving the desired goals from this research such as preventing overcrowding at the ticket gates and gain time, maintain the rights of clients to keep a copy of the ticket and provide a single platform to book tickets for various types of events and occasions. Languages and technologies (laravel, flutter, dart) were used and UML was used in analysis and design charts and a platform was created that allows users to book tickets for various events and occasions. A platform that provides electronic tickets for various events in sufficient time has been reached.
