الماء عبر قرن في محلية ام روابة ولاية شمال كردفان 1905_2005

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث مشكلة المياه بمنطقة أم روابة عبر قرن من الزمان في الفترة (1905 – 2005م) شملت الدراسة قرى المنطقة والمناطق الحضرية . تنبع أهمية الدراسة من أهمية الماء كمورد طبيعي، يعتبر أساس الحياة كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه قطاع مياه الشرب وإنتاجيته، واستهلاك الإنسان والحيوان منه ، وتقييم النقص في المياه، بالإضافة إلى اقتراح بعض الحلول التي ربما تساهم في معالجة مشكلة إمدادات المياه. استخدم المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التاريخي، كما اعتمدت الدراسة في جمع البيانات على أدوات وأساليب مختلفة ، حيث تم جمع البيانات الأولية من خلال الزيارات الميدانية والملاحظة ، بجانب المقابلات الشخصية مع المواطنين والجهات ذات الصلة، بينما جمعت البيانات الثانوية من خلال المراجع والتقارير والمجلات ذات الصلة بالموضوع . وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مشكلة إمدادات المياه بمنطقة أم روابة تعود إلى التدهور الذي أصاب مرافق المياه من حيث انتهاء العمر الافتراضي لمعظم الآبار . وعدم كفاءة أنظمة التشغيل . بالإضافة إلى الأعطال المتكررة للمحطات . وضعف الإمكانيات . وعدم إجراء الصيانة اللازمة . كل هذه المشكلات أدت إلى نقص إنتاجية مياه الشرب، وتفاقم المشكلة ، بجانب ظهور آثار اجتماعية وبيئية سلبية على المنطقة. وبناءً على نتائج الدراسة قدمت بعض التوصيات التي يعتقد الباحث أن من شأنها أن تسهم في حل المشكلة.

This research concerns with the problem of water in Um ruwaba district Rural and urban areas during a full century (1905 -2005) . The importance of the study stems from the importance of water as a fundamental source of life . The research aims to identify the obstacles that confront water sector in the process of gaining drinking water, also the study tends to estimate the actual human and animal consumption needs of water for the sake pinpointing the shortage and consequently gives some proposals which may help solving the problem of water in the study area district. To accomplish his ends the scholar uses the descriptive and analysis approach and historical approach, the primary data collected through field information as well as some personal interviews with the native and the concerned authorities. In addition to official references reports and specialized magazines were consulted found. Collected data treated thematically, the study noted that the problem of Um ruwaba district fluctuated water supply is resulting from the yielding systems and the shortcomings as well as lack programmed repairmen of the equipment. All these problems lead to inevitable shortage of provision of drinking water, which promote the problem in question, more over the district witnessed some negative social environmental phenomena. According the scholar suggests some recommendations that might help in solving problem.
