Abstract

المستخلص عٌتبر الدمج المصرف احد الوسائل الت تٌبعها القطاع المصرف الحد ثٌ لمعالجة بعض المشاكل الت تواجه القطاع المصرف وذلك من خلال عمل ةٌ دمج المصارف الت تعان من بعض المشاكل ودمجها مع بعض البنوك ذات الوضع الافضل والمستقر وف السودان كانت تلك التجربه ذات اثر كب رٌ ف مس رٌة القطاع المصرف وذلك من خلال التجارب الت طبقت ف المصارف السودان هٌ ولمعرفة ذلك الاثر قامت الدراسة عل استعراض دراسة حالة مصرف المزارع التجاري وذلك بتسل طٌ الضوء عل مشكلة هل تعتبر عمل ةٌ الدمج المصرف ه الخ اٌر الامثل للاصلاح المصرف ؟ً وذلك لمعرفة اهم ةٌ الدمج المصرف وا جٌاب اٌت وسلب اٌت عمل ةٌ الدمج وذلك بهدف التعرف عل مساهمة عمل ةٌ الدمج ف تطو رٌ الجهاز المصرف ودراسة وتحل لٌ مراحل عمل ةٌ الدمج وركزت الدراسه عل افتراض ان الدمج له اثر ا جٌاب عل تقو ةٌ المركز المال وز اٌدة الربح هٌ وحجم التعاملات الداخل ةٌ والخارج هٌ وذلك باتباع المنهجى الوصف والتحل لٌ لتق مٌ الدراسة ومن ثم استخلصت بعض النتائج الت توصلت ال هٌا الدراسه ومنها ان الدمج المصرف الذي كان نتاجه مصرف المزارع التجاري من انجح العمل اٌت المصرف هٌ وكذلك التوص هٌ بضرورة الاهتمام بعمل ةٌ الدمج المصرف والتق مٌٌ المصرف ف البنوك السودان هٌ. 6 Abstract When some Banks face a problem a modern Banking sector sometime merge that bank with other well stable bank to solve this problem, and this what's called Bank Merging. In Sudan Bank Merging has big impact in banking sector through the experiences that have been applied in Sudanese banks and to find out the impact the study review the case study of farms commercial bank by highlighting the Question “is Bank merging is the perfect choice to Reform banking?” and that to make us know the importence of Bank merging participate in improving the banking sector by studing and analysing the statges of merging merging and it's advanteges/disadvanteges to figure out how bank operation. The study focus on assumption that meging have a positive impact on the support and stablize the financial position and increasing profitability and amount of internal and external transactions By following the descriptive and analytical approach to evaluate the study and then extracted some of the outcomes of the study including the Merge banking is the most successful banking operations which is produce the farmers commercial bank. As well as recommending the need for attention to the merge process and banking evaluation in Sudanese banks
