تناول هذا البحث العوامل الاجتماعیة والاقتصادیة وعلاقتها بظاهرة الطلاق دراسة میدانیة لمدینة

الفاشر . یهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على المشكلات الأسریة التي ئؤدي إلى الطلاق ،

بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بین الفقر والطلاق ، والكشف عن طبیعة العلاقة بین

الاضطرابات الأمنیة وزیادة معدلات الطلاق ، حیث إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي والتحلیلي،

وتم اختیار عینة عشوائیة منتظمة مكونة من (٧٥ (فرداً من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي الذي

یتألف من المطلقین والمطلقات الموجودین بالمنطقة خلال فترة الدراسة المیدانیة.

توصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها أن ٧.٨٦ %من المبحوثین لم یتزوجوا بعد الطلاق،

أن أكبر نسبة طلاق وقع بین بین فئة الشباب من عمر (١٨-٢٨ ، (كما تبین للبحث أن نسبة

معظم المبحوثین تزوجوا فى أعمار أقل من ١٨ سنة ومن ١٨ – ٢٨سنة ، ایضاً المستوي

التعلیمي للمبحوثین ضعیف، ومعظم المبحوثین أكملوا المرحلة الثانویة بنسبة ٣.٣٣ %أكد

المبحوثین أن غیاب الزوج عن أسرتة لفترة طویلة إلى مكان غیر معلوم، یؤدي إلى طلب

النساء للطلاق ، ایضاً أن أعلى نسبة طلاق وقع بین ربات البیوت .

كما قدم البحث عدداً من التوصیات منها : لابد لإدارة محكمة الفاشرمن إنشاء مكتب للإرشاد

الأسري لدراسة الحالات قبل الطلاق ، ومحاولة حلها علمیاً، وتحویل الحالات التي یستحیل فیها

العیش سویاً إلى المحكمة للفصل فیها ایضاً لابد للأزواج أن یقوموا بدورهم بصورة كاملة تجاه

الزوجات والأبناء وذلك بعدم الغیاب لفترات طویلة عن أسرهم دون التواصل معهم ؛ لأن ذلك

یحمل المرأة مسئولیة كبیرة ، كما أوصي بضرورة قیام الأسرة بإعداد الشباب والشابات المقبلین

على الزواج وتزویدهم بالمهارات اللازمة لإدارة الحیاة الزوجیة .

Abstract

This research taken up the social and economical factors and its

relationship with phenomenal of divorce Elfasher city area study.

This research aims to know the families problem witch Gide to divorce

as well as detecting the relationship between divorce and poverty, and

Baring natural relationship between security disturbances and in erasing

rate of divorce, the research used descriptive and analytically way for

this research, then he choose random simple contain divorced and

divorcees. They stay at the place of studies through the time of check.

The result witch the researcher reached it.

- Through the study researcher found that ٨٦.٧% from those. Who

choked did not marriage after divorce also The biggest rate of divorce is

among the youth between (١٨-٢٨) age als Its appear that to researcher

those who checked they got marriage under ١٨ age.

- The level of education is very weak and most of them complete only

secondary school and their rate are ٣٣.٣% . ٥٠% from those who

checked confirmed that absence of husband long time to unknown

place let the women ask for divorce Also sharing of husband with

rebel's long time led to divorce.

The highest of divorce happen to housewife.

Most of those who have checked got marriage inside their families.

Recommendations:

-The court of Elfasher should establish office for wariness family to

study cases before divorce and solve it in scientific and professional

way then for cases witch impossible to live together transfer it to

court to adjust in. Husbands should do their duties completely to

their wives and sons and they shouldn't be away for long time and be

close with them, otherwise responsibly will be big to the woman its

necessity to the families prepare the youth whom are going to get

marriage and support with skills and teach them how to manage the

life of marriage.
