Abstract
Abstract of the research
This research aims basically to tlle acquaintance of the real manners
of the administrative leadership and its effect on the competence of
discharge in the Republic of Yemen. Moreover the analysis of weakness
and strength sides. Suggestion of the appropriate recommendations for to
develop and react the role of administrative leadership.
To reach the aim, the researcher tried to examinethe reality of the
following hypotheses:
0 There is a great relationship between the administrative leadership
and the morale spirit; such as the active administrative leadership is able
to raise the morale spirit of the workers in organization.
There is a great relationship between the administrative leadership
' and participation; such as the active administrative leadership
participates the workers in the organization ofdecision making.
There is a great relationship between the administrative leadership
and the working groups, the active administrative leadership re-activate
the role ofthe working groups in the organization.
There is a great relationship between the administrativeleadership
and the creation; the active administrative leadership tries to improve
the adequacy of the worker s discharge in the organization.
There is a great relationship between the administrative leadership
and innovation, the active administrative leadership tries to create the
spirit of invention and innovation into the workers in the organization.
0 There is a great relationship between tlle administrative leadership
and production, the active administrative leadership tries to a chive high
levels ofproduction. .
To measure these hypotheses, the researcher used aquestionnaire
consisting of two sections: The first section included the personal data such
as work place - scientific qualification - the salary - work nature - age and
experience. The second section of the questionnaireinvolves the subject
matter of the research in sixty three questions which cover six main fields,
to represent studying hypotheses together with two questions of the open
model.
As for the society of the research consisted of a number ofpublic
and private organizations in the republic of Yemen. An arbitrary sample
was chosen representing nearly 5% of the research society. (4l0)
Questionnaires list were distributed, (375) of them were taken back, (18)
of them were taken away. The total number, which is good for statistic
working ou_t, was (375) such as 87% of the total number, which has been
distributed. i '
The total number which has been used and distributed in the statistic
program (spss) to get data handling by using frequency measure,
percentage and arithmetic medial. Moreover, examining and analyzing the
mono dissimilarity of (ANOVA) and Scheffe test which is used for
comparison and also (T-test) analysis of two isolated sampling. However",
the most important results of research are:
~ The lack of suitability of work to the ambitions and desires of the
workers which leads a feeling of dissatisfaction; this affects the
competence of the worker in his work.
v A feeling of the loss ofconstancy and freedom which is required in
venation and innovation in the field of work.
~ The loss of justice and equality and the spread ofadministrative
corruption.
0 The negligence of participation of the workers indecision making by
the administrative leadership.
~ The refrain ofthe administrative leadership to givethesub ordinates
some chances orjobs and their possession ofthe authority through their
leadership position. '
' There is a state of anger in the middle of most workers is disregarding
to their physical or spiritual needs.
There is a negligence of the role of the working groups and-aims they
should try to a chive.
The shortage of the appropriate training programs for development
and increasing the skills of the worker and the improvement of
discharge and development ofthe personal abilities ofthe workers.
There is no statistic difference whether in public or private
organization concerning the effect of administrative leadership in
working group s adequacy ofdischarge or invention. i
There are statistic differences between the workers in the public and
private organizations concerning the effect of he administrative
leadership on the spiritual activity, in the field the participation and
production.
I There is no statistic differences between the higher administration
and medial administration from one hand and, On the other hand
between the medial administration and workers in the field of
administrative leadership influence upon the worker s moral,
participation and production.
0 There is statistic differences between each of the higher
administration and workers, and the medial administration and workers
in the field of administrative leadership influence upon each work group
and their creativeness.
The most important recommendations, which the research presents
To cover the physical, social and morale needs ofwhich raises the
morale spirit‘ of the workers.
Enlargement of the participation basic between the administrative
leadership and sub ordinates, and giving chance to the workers to
express their opinions and suggestions.
The achievement ofjustice and equality and the talcing a way of none
subjective considerations indealing with others with the necessity of
using specific and clear norms to choose workers.
Preparing the suitable circumstances for work, which helps in the
stability of the workers and enables them to use their power and
inventive skills.
The enlargement of the responsibilities given to the dilTerent
administrative levels to help in showing and developingthe abilities of
subordinates. '
Developing and simplifying of work procedures to suit the
environment for which it was Formed, and introducing an active
intormational system which gathers and analyses data to be given in
details at the suitable time.
The attempt to save the qualified crews and saving the,training
programs and the suitable development to improve the abilities and
skills of the workers.
The need for the care of the aclministrative leadership of the
systemization, inventive abilities and the suitable circumstances for
invention and renewal.
