Abstract

Abstract This research aims to evaluate the company's calculations , which one of the elements of the work , where This research deals with the problems faced by sales of Petra Engineering Solutions Integrated air conditioning and facilitates these problems to workers and the perpetrators in the sales of the company We find that this project is trying to find solutions to those problems and Deficiency that these offices suffer, and that with designing a system that able remove these obstacles and meet all the requirements of the administration and providing what is more than the expected system. As the old system has deficiencies; the researcher design electronic system that works on an online environment as an alternative system to remove the deficiencies and problems of the registration system (manual) . The researcher follow the methodology of object—oriented analysis and design of the system in order to reach a solution to the manual system problems in the data collection and information and diagnosis procedures. The researcher used (PHP—MYSQL) as tools software suitable for this project to build the electronic registration system until it comes out with accurate information and reports and provide complete data protection and granting of powers according to the border and provide speed, accuracy and security in the proceedings, and after what was avoided those deficiencies of the old system the system does not stand only to those solutions, but also provide them with features other in order to be more efficient, flexible and effective.
