المشكلات السلوكية وعلاقتها بمهارات التواصل لدى اطفال التوحد كما تدركها الامهات بمنطقة الدمام بالسعودية

Abstract

مستخلص البحث هدفالبحث لمعرفة العلاقة بين بعض المشكلات السلوكية وعلاقتها بمهارات التواصل لدى أطفال التوحد من وجهة نظر أمهاتهم بمدينة الدمام بالمملكة العربية السعودية، ولتحقيق ذلك إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفى، وتمثل مجتمع البحث من أمهات أطفال التوحد تم إختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة القصدية من فئة الأمهات وبلغ عددهم (107). تمثلت أدوات البحث فى استمارة البيانات الاساسية من اعداد الباحثة، ومقياس التواصل الإجتماعي. وإستخدمت اسلوب الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS وإستخدمت بعض المعادلات إختبار (ت) لعينة ولعينتين مستقلتين ، وتحليل التباين الأحادي ( أنوفا) ومعامل بيرسون،وتوصلالبحث الى النتائج الاتية:- تتسمالسمةالعامةللمشكلاتالسلوكيةلدياطفالالتوحدمنوجهةنظرالامهاتبمنطقةالدمامبالسعوديةبالارتفاع. توجدعلاقةارتباطية طرديةبينالمشكلاتالسلوكيةوالتواصلالاجتماعيلدياطفالالتوحدمنوجهةنظرالامهاتبمنطقةالدمامبالسعودية. لا توجدفروقفيالمشكلاتالسلوكيةلدياطفالالتوحدمنوجهةنظرالامهاتبمنطقةالدمامبالسعوديةتبعالمتغيراتالنوع و الحالةالاقتصادية.(عالية/ وسط/ ضعيف)، والمستوىالتعليميللام، والترتيبالولاديللطفل، الحالةالصحيةللامأثتاءالحمل.(طبيعي/ غيرطبيعي). وبناء على ماتوصلت اليه الباحثة من نتائج قدمت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات،واهمها ضرورة علاقة وطيدة مع أسر الأطفال المصابين بإضطراب التوحد من خلال التعرف على ظروفها واوضاعها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والصحية، ومشاركتها ومساندتها لتحمل أعباء اعاقة طفلها من التعامل. عقد لقاءات واجتماعات دورية بين الاسر لتبادل الخبرات والمعلومات. Abstract The purpose of the researcher in this research is to realize the relationship between some of the behavioral problems and their relation with communication skills for children with autism from their mothers' perspective in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach, representing the society comprised of mothers of children with autism and a random sample has been chosen from mothers' category (107). Research tools consisted of the basic data sheet prepared by the researcher form, and the measure of emotional intelligence was prepared by Habab Abdul Hai. Statistical Packages method was used in addition to Statistical Packages method for Social Sciences SPSS. Some Test formulas (t-test) of one or two independent samples were applied plus analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson coefficient. The search has reached the following results: The general characteristic of behavioral problems for children with autism is considered growing as per mothers' perspective in Dammam. There is correlation between behavioral problems and social communication for the children with autism from the perspective of mothers in the area of Dammam, Saudi Arabia. There are some differences in the behavioral problems in children with autism from the perspective of mothers in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, according to the variables of gender and economic situation (High / Medium / Poor), educational level of the mother, arrangement of child delivery , health condition of the mother during pregnancy (Normal /Abnormal), the health status of the mother prints pregnancy. (Normal / abnormal). In accordance to achieved results, the researcher has made a number of recommendations, the most important; (1) Building a close relationship with the children with autism by identifying their social, economic and health conditions. (2) Participation and support to bear the burdens of disability of her child while handling. (3) Arrangement of regular meetings and meetings between the families to exchange experiences and information.
