تطوير تطبيق موبايل للبلاغات الطبية (دراسة حالة المجلس الطبي السوداني)

Abstract

المستخلص يشتمل مفهوم النظام الإلكتروني للبلاغات الطبية على استغلال القطاع الصحي لتكنولوجيا الاتصالات والمعلومات ضمن العالم الرقمي بتطبيقات كثيرة من أهمها إدارة البلاغات الطبية التي يقدمها المواطنين ضد المؤسسات الطبية أو الأطباء, من خلال جمعها وتخزينها الى جانب معالجتها اتوماتيكياً والبحث عنها واسترجاعها، هذا ما يوفره هذا التطبيق. تتمثل مشكله النظام الحالي في أنه يتعامل بالنظام التقليدي مما يؤدي الى بطء في إجراء العمليات الخاصة بالمجلس و صعوبة في تخزين البيانات واسترجاعها هذا النظام عباره عن تطبيق موبايل يعمل على إدارة البلاغات الطبية إدارة إلكترونيه بحيث يوفر الكثير من الوقت والمال والجهد، كما يعمل على إدارة عمليات معالجة الدعوى القضائية والحكم فيها ومتابعتها وقد تم استخدام لغة الجافا في برمجة التطبيق وربطه بقواعد بيانات من نوع (MYSQL) ٍ. وإستخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي بإستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة (UML) في تحليل النظام. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل لها البحث أن التطبيق الجديد استطاع حل مشكلة صعوبة إدارة البلاغات الطبية ومشكلة ضياع المستندات أو تلفها حيث ساهم في استرجاعها كما استطاع مساعدة إدارة المجلس الطبي في اتخاذ القرار وذلك عن طريق التقارير والاستعلامات التي يتم إستخراجها من النظام. ومن أهم التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث هي تطوير التطبيق حتى يكون متوافق مع كآفة بيئات نظم التشغيل المختلفة وربطه بالموقع الرسمي للمجلس الطبي السوداني.

Abstract The concept of the electronic system for medical reports includes the health sector's exploitation of communication and information technology within the digital world with many applications, the most important of which is the management of medical reports submitted by citizens against medical institutions or doctors, by collecting and storing them in addition to processing them automatically, searching for and retrieving them, this is what this application provides. The problem of the current system is that it deals with the traditional system, which leads to a slow process of the council’s operations and difficulty in storing and retrieving data. This system is an mobile application that works on managing medical reports electronically so that it saves a lot of time, money and effort, as well as managing the operations handling, ruling and following up the lawsuit. Java languages ​​have been used in programming this application and linking them to databases of (MYSQL). And the use of the analytical descriptive approach by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in system analysis. Among the most important findings of the researcher is that the new application was able to solve the problem of the difficulty of managing and managing medical reports and the problem of lost or damaged documents, as it contributed to managing and retrieving them. He was also able to assist the medical council’s management in making a decision, through reports and inquiries that are extracted from the system. The among most important recommendation for this research is development this application to be compatible with all the investments of other OS systems.
