تحليل أثر المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية على أداء الشركات القابضة وكفاءتها الإنتاجية (بالتركيز علي شركة المصنع الماليزي السوداني 2006-2012م)

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث تحليل اثر المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية على اداء الشركات القابضة وكفاءتها الإنتاجية بالتطبيق على اثر التضخم على الإنتاج في شركة المصنع الماليزي السوداني ، وتتلخص المشكلة الأساسية في تأثير المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية على الإنتاج في الشركات القابضة ، وكذلك تأثير المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية على رؤوس الأموال في الشركات القابضة، ويهدف البحث إلى دراسة اثر السياسة المالية والسياسة النقدية، وكذلك الدور الاقتصادي للشركات القابضة وتمددها في القطاعات الاقتصادية المختلفة وقد افترض الباحث أن المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية تؤثر في أداء الشركات القابضة من حيث الكفاءة الإنتاجية، وان التضخم يؤثر في حجم الإنتاج، ويؤثر في كميه رأس المال في شركة المصنع الماليزي السوداني . من النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث من خلال دراسته انه كلما انخفضت معدلات التضخم يرتفع حجم الإنتاج وكلما ارتفعت معدلات التضخم ينخفض حجم الإنتاج , وأيضا" التضخم يؤثر على كميه رأس المال ، فانه مع ارتفاع معدلات التضخم يتآكل رأس المال والعكس صحيح ، كما يؤثر التضخم سلباً في الاستفادة من وفورات الحجم الكبير في الانتاج , وكذلك من نتائج البحث ان السياسات المالية والنقدية تنعكس على أداء الشركات القابضة , لاسيما وان الشركات القابضة تلعب دوراً مهما" في توطين الصناعة للمنتجات المستوردة من الخارج وما له من أثر ايجابي على ميزان المدفوعات ، وبالمقابل فإن المعوقات التي تنعكس على أداء الشركات القابضة من جراء السياسات المالية والنقدية تنعكس سلباً على أداءها ومن ثم هجره رؤوس الأموال إلي دول أخرى ، بما يعني أن السياسات المالية والنقدية تساهم بقدر كبير في توطين أو هجرة الصناعة . من التوصيات التي أوصى بها الباحث ضرورة وضع سياسات مالية ونقدية تحد من ارتفاع معدلات التضخم وانعكاساتها على أداء الشركات القابضة , ودعم القطاعات الإنتاجية لاسيما والتي تصب في التنمية الاقتصادية .

Abstract The research analyzing the impact of macroeconomic variables on the performance of holding companies and their production competency through the application on the inflation impact on the production of the Sudanese Malaysian Factory; the essential issue lies in the impact of macroeconomic variables on the production of the holding companies as well their impact on the capitals of such companies. The research aims at studying the impact of the financial policy and the monetary policy as well as the economic role that play the holding companies and their expansion in the different economic sectors. The researcher has assumed that the macroeconomic variables affect the performance of the holding company on the production competency level, that the inflation affects in production volume and that it affects the capital quantity in Sudanese Malaysian Factory. The researcher concluded through his study that the production volume increases with the inflation rates decrease while the production volume decreases with the inflation rates increase. The inflation affects as well the capital quantity since the capital decreases with the inflation rates increase and vice versa. The inflation affects as well the benefits of the production big volume savings negatively. The research also concluded that the financial and monetary policies affect the performance of the holding companies, especially that these companies play an essential role'' in the industrial localization of the products imported from abroad considering the positive effect of such products on the balance of payments. On the other hand the obstacles affecting the holding companies' performance, due to the financial and monetary policies, affect their performance negatively in addition to the capitals migration to other countries, which means that the financial and monetary policies contribute highly to the migration or the localization of the industry. The researcher recommended laying financial and monetary policies that reduce the increase of the inflation rates and the impacts of such increase on the holding companies' performance and that support the productive sectors especially the ones favoring the economic development.
