تطوير تطبيق موبايل لتقديم وأرشفةخدمةالعرائض بإستخدام Oracle Application Development Framework (بالتطبيق على محكمة أبوسعد العامة جنوب)

Abstract

ملخص البحث نتيجة لانتشار استخدام نظم المعلومات كان لابد من مواكبة هذا التطور من جميع النواحي لا سيما أتمتة النظم و النظم الأرشيفية. يواجه النظام المستخدم في المحكمة حالياً شأنه شأن كل النظم اليدوية العديد من اوجه القصور التي تجعل النظم اليدوية أنظمة غير فعالة وغير مثالية ولا تساهم في تقدم المنشأة ولا تخدم الإدارة في مدها بالمعلومات المطلوبة بصورة جيدة . و الهدف من هذا البحث هو أتمتة العمليات التي تمر بها العرائض وأرشفتها وإدارتها وإسترجاعها في المحكمة إلكترونياً بواسطة الحاسوب ، حيث يعتمد هذا النظام على إدخال جميع البيانات للعريضة ثم يتم تحميل نسخة من العريضة عن طريق الماسح الضوئي والذي يقوم بهذه العملية هو المواطن في قاعدة بيانات النظام ثم بعد ذلك تتم جميع مراحل الفصل في العريضة(إعلان الطرفي الخصم,تحديد الجلسات,إصدار الحكم والإستئناف) وكذلك البحث والإسترجاع . حيث إستخدامت لغة النمذجة الموحده uml في تحليل هذا النظام، وفي تنفيذ ذلك استخدمت Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework)وقاعدة بيانات Mysql .

Abstract: As a result of the widespread use of information systems had to be to keep pace with this development in all respects, particularly automation systems and archival systems. The system used in court now faces like all manual systems many of the shortcomings that make manual systems ineffective and non-ideal systems do not contribute to the advancement of facility management and service extended information requested well. The goal of this research is to automate the processes experienced by the petitions and archiving, management and retrieval court electronically by computer, where this system is based on the introduction of all the data for a petition and then the citizen is download a copy of the petition by the scanner, which performs this process is in the system database Then place all the stages of separation in the petition (AD Terminal discount, determine the hearings, sentencing and appeal), as well as search and retrieval. Asthaddamt where the standard modeling language uml in the analysis of this system, and the implementation of that used Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework) and Mysql data base.
