أثر البيئة فى عملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية فى قطاع المصارف السودانية ( بالتطبيق على مصرف الادخار والتنمية الاجتماعية 2015م – 2021م)

Abstract

مستخلص البحث يهتم هذا البحث بالتعرف على البيئة ودورها فى اتخاذ القرارات الادارية فى قطاع المصارف السودانية وهدفت الدراسة الى معرفة الدور الذى تلعبه البيئة بابعادها المختلفة فى اتخاذ القرارات الادارية فى قطاع المصارف السودانية وتمثلت مشكلة البحث فى أن معظم شركات القطاع الخاص ومن بينها قطاع المصارف تعانى من ضعف في القرارات الإدارية نتيجة لعدم مراعاة عوامل البيئة وانعكس ذلك على المستقبل. قام البحث على الفرضيات التالية: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدالة (≤0.05α ) بين البيئة بابعادها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتكنولوجية والقانونية واتخاذ القرارات الادارية بابعادها ملائمة القرار وقبول القرار وجودة القرارفى قطاع المصارف السودانية و توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين البيئة الاقتصادية واتخاذ القرارات وكما توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين البيئة الاجتماعية واتخاذ القرارات الادارية وايضاً توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين البيئة التكنولوجية واتخاذ القرارات الادارية واخيراً توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين البيئة القانونية واتخاذ القرارات الادارية فى قطاع المصارف السودانية. واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلى ودراسة الحالة واعتمد في جمع المعلومات على المصادر الاولية التى تم جمعها عن طريق الاستبيان والمقابلات الشخصية والمصادر الثانوية من الكتب والمراجع والدوريات. وتم عرض البيانات وتحليلها واختبار الفروض وتوصل الباحث الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: توجد علاقة بين البيئة واتخاذ القرارات ان هنالك التزام تام من مصرف الادخار والتنمية الاجتماعية بقرارت وسياسات بنك السودان كما توجد علاقة بين البيئة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتكنولوجية والقانونية واتخاذ القرارات وعليه أوصى الباحث بالاتى: ضرورة تطوير بيئة العمل فى قطاع المصارف السودانية لتواكب المعاير العالمية والاهتمام بالتدريب من اجل رفع قدرات العاملين بقطاع المصارف السودانية و الحفاظ على الكوادر الموجودة حالياً بالمصرف وتحفيزهم.

Abstract This study has concerned with identification of the role of environment on management decisions making on the sector of Sudanese Banks. The study has aimed at different environmental factors (economic, social,technology and legal) which effect decisions making, the research problem has been envirnmental factors affect decision making on banks sector, so that the banks not achieve thier goals, this problem may came from the managers, why? Because they did not know that the envirnmental factors affect decision making or they did not concern in environment study. The weakness of decision making lead to destroyed some banks so that they did not achieves their goals in the future The research was based on the following hypothesis: The main hypotheses is there is relationship between environmental factors and decision making: There is relationship which has astatically inference between economic factors and decision making, There is relationship which has astatically inference between social factors and decision making , There is relationship which has astatically inference between technology factors and decision making ,There is relationship which has astatically inference between legal factors and decision making The researcher was following the descriptive analytical method in this study and case study, collecting data from primary and secondary sources, the primary data has collected through the interview and questionnaire and secondary data has gathered from (books, references and periodicals) There is commitment from saving and development bank for central band polices and diction , theirs also relationship between environmental factors ( economic – social – technology and legal ) The data has been presented and analyzed, the hypothesis have tested, at last the researcher has a number of results and recommendations: development work environment in banks scoter to applied international standers and training employs and develop their skills and motivate them .
