دوافع السلوك الإجرامي وعلاقتها بإضطراب الشخصية السيكوباتية لدى مرتكبي جرائم الاغتصاب لسجن الهدى بولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

مستخلص هدف هذا البحث للتعرف علي دوافع السلوك الإجرامي وعلاقة بإضطراب الشخصية السيكوباتية لدى مرتكبي جرائم الاغتصاب لدى نزلاء سجن الهدى، ولتحقيق ذلك اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي من خلال تطبيق مقاييس دوافع السلوك الإجرامي وإضطرابات الشخصية السيكوباتية كأدوات لجمع المعلومات على عينة بلغ حجمها (110) نزيل تم إختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، وبعد جمع البيانات تمت معالجتها بإستخدام بعض المعادلات الإحصائية المتمثلة في إختبار (ت) لمجتمع واحد ، معامل إرتباط بيرسون وتحليل التباين الآحادي نوفا، التابعة للحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وقد خلص البحث إلي النتائج التالية : يتسم دوافع السلوك الإجرامي لدى نزلاء سجن الهدى بالارتفاع، ويتسم إضطراب الشخصية السايكوباتية لدى نزلاء سجن الهدى بالارتفاع، وتوجد علاقة بين دوافع السلوك الإجرامي وإضطراب الشخصية السايكوباتية لدى نزلاء سجن الهدى، ولا توجد فروق في السلوك الإجرامي تبعاً لمتغير العمر لدى نزلاء سجن الهدى، ولا توجد فروق داله في السلوك الإجرامي تبعاً للمستوى التعليمي لدى نزلاء سجن الهدى، ولا توجد فروق داله في السلوك الإجرامي تبعاً للحالة الاجتماعية لدى نزلاء سجن الهدى. وتوصي الباحثة بإثراء بيئة السجون بعدد وافر من الأخصائيين النفسيين ذات الكفاءة العالية والتأهيل والخبرة. وذلك حت تتم المتابعة المطلوبة للشخصيات السايكوباتية من النزلاء بالسجون ووضع أساليب العلاج نفسي المناسبة لهم.

Abstract The aim of this current research is to identify the motives of criminal behavior and its relationship to the psychopathic personality disorder of perpetrators of rape among the inmates of Al-Hoda Prison. To achieve this, the researcher used the correlational descriptive approach by applying the scales of criminal behavior and psychopathic personality disorders as tools for collecting information, from sample consists of (110) including females, purposive sample method was used to to chose them, for data analysis the reasercher used the Statistical packaged for social sciences(SPSS) , T- test for one sample and T- test for two independent samples,(ANOVA) and pearson correlation coefficient, The sudy reached the following results: Motives for criminal behavior among the inmates of Al-Hoda Prison are high, Psychopathic personality disorder among the inmates of Al-Hoda prison is high, There is a correlation statistically significant between the two variables among the inmates of Al-Hoda Prison, There are no statistically significant differences in criminal behavior according to the variable of age among the inmates of Al-Hoda Prison, There are no statistically significant differences in criminal behavior according to the educational level of the inmates in Al-Hoda Prison, There were no statistically significant differences in criminal behavior according to the marital status of the inmates in Al-Hoda prison. The researcher recommends enriching the prison environment with a multitude of highly qualified, and experienced psychologists.
