استخدام الأنظمة الآليَّة مفتوحة المصدر في مكتبات جامعات ولايات كردفان (دراسة مسحية)

المستخلص باللغة العربية جامعة النيلين. كلية الآداب قسم المكتبات والمعلومات عنوان الدراسة: استخدام الأنظمة الآلية استخدام الأنظمة الآلية مفتوحة المصدر في مكتبات جامعات ولايات كردفان. الباحثة: احسان بشير محمد بشير محمد. المشرف: د. عبد الباقي يونس اسماعيل. الدرجة العلمية: دكتوراة. التاريخ: 2018م. هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على استخدام الأنظمة الآلية المتكاملة في المكتبات الجامعية ، والتعرف على مدى توفر مقومات استخدام النظم الآلية مفتوحة المصدر, و التعرف على الصعوبات والمشكلات التي تعوق استخدام الأنظمة الآلية مفتوحة المصدر بمكتبات جامعات ولايات كردفان وهي مكتبة جامعة شمال كردفان, مكتبة جامعة غرب كردفان, مكتبة جامعة جنوب كردفان. وظفت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بشقيه التاريخيٍ(الوثائقي) والمنهج التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، إعتمدت الدراسة على أداتي الاستبانة والملاحظة كوسيلة للحصول على المعلومات، ولغرض تحقيق البيانات استعانت الدراسة ببرنامج الحاسب الآلي على نظام الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(spss). من أهم نتائج الدراسة، ان تجربة استخدام نظام كوها في مكتبات جامعات ولايات كردفان غير موفقة حيث نجد ان أكثر من نصف عينة الدراسة يقرون بأن مكتباتهم لا تستخدم نظام كوها، أيضاً اشارت الدراسة الى ان هناك كثير من المشكلات والمعوقات التي تعوق استخدام نظام كوها في مكتبات جامعات ولايات كردفان مثل عدم توافر المقومات المادية لاستخدام الأنظمة الآلية مفتوحة المصدر من أجهزة الحواسيب، وعدم ملائمة البرمجيات مع نظام كوها، ومحدودية الميزانيات وقلة فرص التدريب.أوصت الدراسة بتوفير الأجهزة والبرمجيات اللازمة لإستخدام الأنظمة الآلية مفتوحة المصدر، وتخصيص ميزانيات محددة ومنفصلة للإنفاق منها على مكتبات جامعات ولايات كردفان، وتطوير وتأهيل أقسام النظم الآلية، وحل مشاكل الشبكة التيار الكهربائي، كما أوصت الدراسة بالتدريب. Date: 2018 Abstract The study aimed to identify the use of integrated automated systems in university libraries, and to identify the availability of the components of the use of open source automated systems, and to identify the difficulties and problems that impede the use of open source automated systems in the libraries of Kordofan states, Southern Kordofan University Library. The study used the descriptive method in both the historical (documentary), the analytical method and the case study methodology. The study relied on the questionnaire and observation tools as a means of obtaining information. For the purposes of data realization, the study used the computer program on the statistical packages of social sciences (SPSS). One of the most important results of the study is that the experience of using the Kouha system in the libraries of Kordofan states is not successful. More than half of the sample’s study admits that their libraries do not use the Kouha system. The study also noted that there are many problems and obstacles that hinder the use of the Kouha system in libraries of Kordofan states such as the lack of material resources for the use of open source computer systems, inadequate software with the Kouha system, limited budgets and lack of training opportunities. The study recommended the provision of hardware and software for the use of open source automated systems, Specific intentions and separate them for spending on libraries and universities of Kordofan states, and the development and rehabilitation of sections of automated systems, to solve network of electrical power problems. The study also recommended training.
