النزوح وأثره علي التغير الإجتماعي والإقتصادي بولاية شمال دارفور

Abstract

مستخلص تناول البحث موضوع النزوح وأثره في التغير الإجتماعي والاقتصادي للأسرة،دراسة حالة معسكرالسلام للنازحين،وتمثلت مشكلة البحث فى أن ولاية شمال دارفور يعانى من الصراعات السياسية وأفرازاته السلبية المتمثلة فى المشكلات الإجتماعية والاقتصادية كالفقروالتشرد والتفكك الأسرى وإنتشار الجرائم غير المألوفة والتغيرات التى طرأت على البناء الإجتماعى والتى أضعفت الآليات الإجتماعية التى كانت تقوى الضبط الإجتماعى وتحافظ عليها عبرالمنظمات الشعبية (شراطى-عمداء-دمالج ومشايخ) بعامل الحرب والنزوح الشيئ الذى قد يؤثر على المجتمع مستقبلاً ، وهدفت البحث على تسليط الضوء على النزوح وأثره في التغير الإجتماعي والاقتصادي للأسرة بمعسكرالسلام للنازحين ، والكشف عن أثر الحرب والنزوح على مجتمع البحث ،والوقوف على حجم النزوح وأثره في المشكلات الإجتماعية والاقتصادية طرح البحث تسأول رئيسى يتمحور فى هل أحدث النزوح تغيرات إجتماعية واقتصادية على الأسرة ،وإلى اى مدى أدى النزوح إلى أحداث تغيراتفى شكل الأسرة ونمط العلاقات الإجتماعية للأسرة ، وما تأثير النزوح فى أحداث تغيرات اقتصادية للأسرة ،وما طبيعةالمشكلات الإجتماعيةوالاقتصادية التى أحدثته النزوح على الأسرة ، وتم تطبيق منهجية البحث فى أستخدام المنهج الوصفى التحليلى كمنهج رئيسى فى وصف مجتمع البحث وتحليل البيانات والاطر النظرية ، بجانب المنهج التاريخى وذلك للوقوف على الخلفيات التاريخية لموضوع البحث فى صياغة الاطرالنظرية،وفى جمع البيانات تم أستخدام الملاحظة والمقابلة والاستبيان،أما عينة البحث فكانت العينة القصدية وتم إختيارها عشوائياً. خلص البحث بعدة نتائج أهمها : أن النزوح أدى الى أحداث تغيرات إجتماعية واقتصادية للأسرة وتغيرت بعض عاداتها وتقاليدها وأدوارها وضعف تماسكها ، وتغير نمط العلاقات الإجتماعية بين الأسر بسبب فقدان التواصل وضعف الثقة فى العلاقات الإجتماعية وقطع بعضها ، كما أن فقدان مصدرالعمل والممتلكات بسبب النزوح أدى الى شيوع الفقر وسط الأسر، خرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات منها : ضرورة الأهتمام بالتغيرات الإجتماعية والاقتصادية وسط النازحين وتوجيهها عبر التخطيط لتفادى تغيراتها السلبية على الأسرة ، والسعى فى تقوية العلاقات الإجتماعية بين الأسر والمحافظة على القيم والعادات الثقلفية الإيجابية ودعمها عبر جهات مختصة ، وتوفير المشروعات الإجتماعية للنازحين وخا صة الشباب والمرأة. Abstract The research theme of displacement and its affect in social and economic changes of the family, case study of the peace camp for displaced people, The most research problem in the state of North Darfur suffering from political conflicts and secretions negative of social and economic problems such as poverty, homelessness and family breakdown and spread of crime is familiar and the changes in the social structure that undermined the social mechanisms by which they strengthen social control and maintain it through grassroots organizations (Hrata - deans - Dmalj chieftains) by a factor of war and displacement thing that might affect the community in the future, and the goal of research is to shed light on the displacement and Jouret in the social and economic changes of the family camp of peace for the displaced, and the disclosure of the impact of war and displacement on the research community, and stand on the size of the displacement and its affect in social and economic problems. The question have been ask to revolves in Are the latest displacement and socio-economic changes in the family, and to what extent the resulting displacement to bring about changes in the family shape and style of the social relations of the family, and what the effect of migration in bringing about economic changes of the family, and what the nature of the social and economic problems caused by the displacement of the family were applying research methodology in the use of descriptive and analytical approach as a way of major in the description of the research community, data analysis and theoretical frameworks, next to the historical method in order to determine the historical backgrounds of the research topic in the formulation of the theoretical frameworks, and data collection was used observation, interview and questionnaire, the research sample was sample intentionality were randomly selected. Finally the research found several product including: the displacement led to the creation of social and economic changes of the family and changed some of their customs and traditions and the weakness of cohesion, and the changing pattern of social relations between families because of the loss of communication and lack of trust in social relations and cut each other, and the loss of business and property source due to displacement led to the prevalence of poverty amid families. And came out search a number of recommendations, including: the need for attention to the social and economic changes the center of the displaced and routed through the planning to avoid negative variations on the family, and seek to strengthen the social ties between the families and the preservation of cultural values ​​and habits and positive support through the competent authorities, and the provision of social projects for displaced people, especially young people and women.
