Abstract

abstract The research aims, on the application of the financial accounting program in promoting and improving the administrative and managerial out put of the Ministry of Internal. The study specifically focuses on answering the following question: To what extent would the accounting System program assist in improving the over all performance in the specialized work organizations with particular emphasis on the ministry of Internal. The research looked into a number of assumptions but mainly focused on the applicability of the accounting program approach to improving the performance of the Sudanese ministry of internal taking into consideration the lack of the employees to any knowledge and training on this approach and their resistance to any changes in the current administrative system. As a new management system accounting program has improved the performance of the ministry of internal through the following: - The reduction in time needed to conclude the administrative work for the customers. - There is more value added work and less deviations from the work objectives. Therefore the study recommends that the financial accounting program be applied and the ministry of internal be appraised to an independent Ministry. The research also recommends that the ministry of internal staff be trained on financial accounting System and also training more and more in how to using the computers.
