دافعية الإنجاز الدراسي في التوافق الإجتماعي لدى طلاب جامعة الدلنج

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة كل من دافعية الإنجاز الدراسي في التوافق الإجتماعي لدى طلاب جامعة الدلنج، ومعرفة دلالة الفروق بين المتغيرين تبعاً لمتغيرات كل من النوع ، المستوي الصفي والترتيب الميلادي والعمر.

أستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، بلغ حجم العينة (150) طالب وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية، تمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقياس دافعية الإنجاز الدراسي أعداد الباحث، مقياس التوافق الإجتماعي أعداد ، بتحليل البيانات أتبع الباحث عدة أساليب أهمها، اختبار (ت) لمتوسط مجتمع واحد واختبار (ت) للفرق بين متوسطي مجموعتين مستقلتين، ومعامل إرتباط بيرسون، وتحليل التباين الإحادي.

توصلت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج أهمها، أن دافعية الإنجاز الدراسي تتسم بالإرتفاع لدى طلاب جامعة الدلنج، وأيضا تتسم التوافق الإجتماعي لدى طلاب جامعة الدلنج بالإرتفاع، وأن الفروق في دافعية الإنجاز الدراسي دالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير النوع لصالح الطالبات الإناث، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائية في التوافق الإجتماعي تبعا لمتغير النوع لصالح الطلاب الذكور، بين دافعية الإنجاز الدراسي غير دالة تبعا لمتغير المستوي الصفي والعمر.

توصلت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود أرتباط طردي في التوافق الإجتماعي تبعا لمتغير العمر لصالح الأكبر سناً وعدم وجود علاقة داله في التوافق الإجتماعي تبعا لمتغير المستوي الصفي، وعن وجود علاقة ارتباط طردي موجب بين متغيري الدافعية للإنجاز الدراسي والتوافق الاجتماعي.

لذا نوصي بضرورة وضع برامج ارشادية وتنموية لتحسين دافعية الانجاز الدراسي لدي الطلاب الذكور،وذلك من خلال تنمية مهارة تنظيم الوقت والتوفيق بين دراسته ومتطلبات الحياة .

Abstract

This study aims at knowing both the motive of educational achievement and social compromise among the students of Dilling University, and investigating the significance of variance between two variables, according to variables of gender, zero-level, birth classification and work. A descriptive analytical method of research in which a sample population of 150 students from Dilling University in three educational levels (grade two, three and four) has been used randomly. The study used the measures of educational motive achievement (prepared by the researcher), social compromise (by Hirman) to analyze the data. The researcher used T-test for the mean of one sample, T-test for individual between two independent samples, Person coefficient of correlation and the unitary variance. The study came-out with many results of which the following are the most important: First, both the motive of educational achievement and the social compromise have been high among the students of Dilling University. Second, the variances motive of educational achievement is of statistical significance in relation to the variable of gender for female students. Third, there exist variances of statistical significance of social compromise in relation to the variable of gender for male students, whereas the motive of educational achievement is not statistically significant in relation to the level of grade and age. The results of the study explored accordingly that there a direct correlation of social compromise in relation to the variable of age for the adult and the non-existence of direct correlation of social compromise in relation to the variable of grade level, and the existence of direct correlation between the two variables of the motive of education achievement and the social compromise.
