أثر بيئة المنظمة على الأداء في شركات الطاقات المتجددة بالسودان دراسة مقارنة بين شركات القطاع العام وشركات القطاع الخاص

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث أثر بيئة المنظمة على أداء شركات الطاقات المتجددة بالسودان وذلك بالمقارنة بين شركات القطاع العام وشركات القطاع الخاص في الفترة ما بين (2010- 2020 ). تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أان هناك أثر لبيئة المنظمة على أاداء الشركات . تلخصت مشكلة البحث في السؤال الرئيسي ما هو أثر بيئة المنظمة على أداء شركات الطافات المتجددة ؟. تاتي أهمية البحث من التاكيد والتركيزعلى بيئة المنظمة وتاثيرها على أداء شركات الطافات المتجددة التي تتبنى تقنية جديدة ومصدر للطاقة غير ناضب يمثل الحل لضائقة الكهرباء ومصدر رئيسي لكهربة الريف البعيد. هدفت الدراسة لتحديد أثر بيئة المنظمة على أداء شركات الطاقات المتجددة . فروض البحث هي وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين متغيرات عوامل بيئة المنظمة (داخلية، خارجية وبيئة مهام) وأاداء الشركات في تنفيذ مشاريع الطاقة. تم جمع بيانات وصفية تاريخية عن عوامل بيئة المنظمة وعمل تحليل اتجاه لعوامل البيئة الخارجية وتحديد مدى استدامتها. كذلك تم تحليل عوامل البيئة الداخلية ودراسة المستجدات التي طرأت عليها وكيفية استجابة المنظمة لعوامل البيئة الخارجية المتغبره. تم جمع البيانات من شركات القطاع الخاص ، وكانت النتائج تتمثل في التأثير السالب لبيئة المنظمة الضعيفة على أداء الشركات.أثبتت نتائج التحليل صحة الفروض التي وضعتها الدراسة وذلك بتاثيرضعف عوامل البيئة الادارية سلبا على أداء الشركات. من نتائج الدراسة أن هناك ضعف في البيئة الداخلية للمنظمات مما يضعف من استجابتها لمتغيرات البيئة الخارجية، كذلك ضعف البيئة السياسية والاقتصادية بالبلاد وعدم استدامتها. خرجت الدراسة بتوصيات شملت تقوية البيئة الخارجية، وضع الخطط، وتشجيع الاستثمار. بالاضافة لمنح التسهيلات والحوافز لشركات القطاع الخاص. العاملة في مجال الطاقات المتجددة .

Abstract The study concentrated on the impact of the organization environment on the performance of companies in Sudan, applying to public sector companies (electricity companies) and private sector companies (Solar Man and BBC) during (2010-2019). The problem of the study is that there are impacts of the organization environment on the performance of companies, the research problem was summarized in the main question: what is the impact of the administrative environment on the performance of renewable energy companies? The importance of the research comes from an emphasis and focuses on the organization environment and its effect on renewable energy companies that adopt a new technology and utilize a non depleted source of energy; it is the optimum solution for electricity shortage in grid, and a major source of energy in remote areas. The research aimed to study of the effect and impact of the organization environment on the performance of renewable energy companies. The research assumptions are the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the variables of the organization environment (internal, private, and external environment) and the performance of the companies in implementing projects. A historical descriptive data was collected about the organization environment factors data was analyzed. The results show there is a negative impact of the weak organization environment on the performance of the companies. The lack of policies and the weakness and non sustainability of legal and economic environment, while there is an increasing demand for renewable energies, acceptance and great social return. The weakness of the internal environment impairs the organization response to the external environment variable factors. The study came out with recommendations .Strengthening the legal and economic environment. Develop long, medium and short term plans, granting facilities and incentives to private sector companies. Encourage investment.
