Abstract

مستخلص البحث لقد تناول الباحث في هذا البحث تطبيق القانون الدولي الإنساني علي النزاعات المسلحة، حيث أن العلاقة بين متغيرين أساسين هما القانون الدولي الإنساني والنزاعات المسلحة. كما تناول الباحث التعريف بالقانون الدولي الإنساني ونطاقه وأهمية القانون الدولي الإنساني. وأيضاً حوي البحث علي أصول القانون الدولي الإنساني وفيه تحدثت عن الأعراف والمواثيق الدولية والمعاهدات الدولية . تناول أيضاً المعاهدات التي تشكل القانون الدولي الإنساني في نطاق الأمم المتحدة وإتفاقيات جنيف وملحقاتها.ودور المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية في تطبيق القانون الدولي الإنساني. وإن الهدف من البحث هو إبراز النجاح الذي حققته المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية في تطبيق القانون الدولي الإنساني علي النزاعات المسلحة علي مستوى العالم. وأخيراً توصل البحث إلي النتائج والتوصيات وأهمها: مجموعة القواعد والمبادئ التي يمليها الضمير وتعرضها الأخلاق علي الدول في تصرفاتها دون أن تكون ملزمة به قانوناً. قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني يجب أن تعمم بصورة أكثر وضوحاً لأهميتها وخاصة في زمن النزاعات المسلحة سواء دولية أو غير دولية.مشاركة كافة الدول الموقعة علي القانون الدولي الإنساني في الإجتماعات الدورية ذات الصلة بتطور قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني والبروتوكولات ذات الصلة .

Abstract We have dealt with researcher in this research the applicability of international humanitarian law on armed conflict, as the relationship between the two variables are the foundations of international humanitarian law of armed conflict and the possibility of the success of the international, regional and local organizations. Researcher also discussed the importance of International humanitarian law. Promoting international humanitarian law and its scope. The research also encompassed the origins of international humanitarian law, which talked about the international norms and conventions and international laws. He spoke also searched for treaties to which international humanitarian law within the United Nations and the Geneva Conventions .odor international, regional and local organizations in the application of international humanitarian law. The aim of the research is to highlight the success of the international, regional and local organizations in the application of international humanitarian law to the armed conflicts in the world.
