Abstract

abstract The subject of this study is: the challenge the media to the Muslim world today (Yemen Example) and the thesis consists of the introduction and three chapters and a conclusion, and include the following: Chapter I: basic features of the Islamic world, and represent a geographical location and its importance, and the meaning of the Islamic world and the strength factors and components of the strategy. Chapter II: Challenges facing the Muslim world, is interested in studying the challenges facing the Muslim world today, including the special challenges (intemational) such as: cultural invasion, behavioral, and technology talk, as well as internal challenges (local) and are: povefly, unemployment, illiteracy and differences, discrimination and subordination and scientific backwardness and cultural heritage. Chapter III: it will explain the challenges facing the media and knowledge of the Yemeni official media, and types of media as well as civil and political parties. As well as highlight the challenges facing the Yemeni media, including: technical challenges and technology, the monopoly of the means of audio-visual media and read, and information policy towards the issues of the Yemeni Islamic world, the most important issue of the Palestinian people, and so-called phenomenon of international terrorism.
