Abstract

Abstract This research is about the organizational impact on efficiency of the administrative performance in the organizations. The filed study is about Shikan Insurance and Reinsurance Co . Ltd, to know the important of the organization and its impact on raising the administrative performance efficiency. The organization of the company shows the duties and authorities of the different administration and departments. The research problem is represented in the unclear duties and powers of different administrations and departments in Shikan Insurance and Reinsurance Co . Ltd. The collected data analyzed statistically and the validity of the hypothesis tested. These hypothesis are Follows: 1- Existences of executive and consultative units in the organizational framework lead to conflict and friction. 2- The informal organization affects the employees performance. 3- The rise of the employees performance is attributed to the clear authority and responsibility. The most important results are: 1- One the most import problems of company is centralization of the authority in the upper administration. 2- The delegated power to the employees is not sufficient enough to perform their works and dose not suits their responsibities. 3- The coordination between the administration and the departments in not in the required form, a matter which leads conflict and overlapping the duties, and work duplication. The most important recommendation is: 1- To look after the informal organization e.g. associations, social and cultural clubs for deepening the link in the company for raising the performance level. 2- Delegation of more powers to employees to perform their work in suitable manner coordination between the administrations and departments so as to avoid the conflict.
