Abstract
Abstract
The objective if this research is to knew the effect of
decisions‘ making role on the performance of enterprises.
Shendi Fabrication of Textiles Factory is a case study.
The main objective of this research is to answering the
foolowing questions:-
-Has centralization, practised by The Public Company of
Spinning and Fabrication, a role in slowing down decisions’
making about Shendi Textiles Factory and then affecting its
performance?
’-Has the Textiles Factory of Shendi making wrong marketing
decisions that affect its performance?
V-Has the weakness of the organizing structure of the factory in
question a passive role on its performance?
i-Has the factory in question, suffered fi'om financial problems
that result in its weak performance?
To answer the above questions, the following hyoptheses are
set:
-Centralization in decisions making has affested the
performmance of Shendi Fabrication of Textiles Factory.
-Marketing decisions and policies passively affected the
performance of Shendi Textiles Factory.
‘-The non-settle atate of manpower has its passive effects on
the performance of Shendi Textiles Factory.
i-The decisions and financial potencies have passive effect on
the performance of performance of Shendi Textiles Factory.
To test the above hypotheses, published declarations and
statements are obtained from:The Publiished declarations and
Fabrication, Shendi Textiles Factory,the annual reports of the
Ministry of Industry, and the periodicals of the Ministry of
Industry. The researcher has interviewed some employees of
Shendi Textiles Factory,and made a field visit.
