Human umbilical cord blood is a rich source of haernopoietic stern cells (CD34 ) beside the bone marrow . The number of CD34 from BM decrease significantly with age, and their isolation is invasive and can cause infection, bleeding, and chronic pain .Hulna.n UCB is obtained alter full-term delivery of the newbom from a sample that would inevitably be discarded . The process is noninvasive, painless, and without harm for the mother or the infant .In the present study we aimed to assess isolation, differentiation, and the proliferation using variable techniques.en_US
